With a particular focus on transitioning from vulnerability to resilience, Dr. Nazarahari has contributed significantly to the discourse on energy poverty in Japan, distinguishing himself as one of the country's few scholars with academic publications on this pressing issue. During the period from 2018 to 2023, Dr. Nazarahari was a MEXT scholarship recipient, enriching his academic pursuits.
