Dr. Barbara Kunz is a Research Fellow at the Study Committee on French-German Relations of the French Institute of International Relations (Cerfa Ifri) in Paris. She studied political science and international relations at the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po) and University of Stockholm. With Asle Toje, she is the editor of Neoclassical Realism in European Politics: Bringing Power Back In (Manchester University Press, 2012). Her articles have appeared in, among other journals, Politics, Focus stratégique, Etudes de l’IRSEM, and Champs de Mars. Dr. William H. Hill is Professor of National Security Strategy at the National War College at Washington, DC.
