About the Author: Christian Pälchen was born in 1975 in Rinteln, Germany. He has a 1a Staatsexamen for Primary School and secondary school in Theology, German, Politics - this is equivalent to a Masters of Education, and several other degrees within Social Sciences and Finances. As well as being the founder of ICS-Christian-School-Founding and Christian-Non-Profit-Consulting, Christian has a strong heart for preparing the youth for their life. Driven by this passion, he has developed several concepts, including the Life-Skills Conference Concept and the Conference of Cooperation Concept. Since Christian's time as a teenager, he has developed a deep desire to prepare young people for Christian partnership and family life. In his eyes, the family unit is the most important cell of a society and the most threatened. We need to uphold and preserve it, thereby bringing glory to God.
