Daniel Posternak has a degree in Psychology from University of Buenos Aires. He has a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Organizational Coaching from the University of Bel- grano. He was certified as a coach by Fred Kofman, and is Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Throughout his career, he has become a specialist in the development of senior executives and their teams. In 2018, together with Gustavo Wurzel, he founded WP Consultants (www.wpconsultants.com.ar). A firm dedicated to the development of executives and teams, and the search for senior management. Since October 2019, he has been a member of Executive Coaching Connections (ECC). Since 2014, he has been a chair at Vistage (www.vistage. com), where he coordinates a group of 16 CEOs (Chiefs Executive Officers). In 2022 he moved to Barcelona Spain with his family. In 2023 he opened a Vistage Group in Barcelona. He has worked with multinational companies in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, United States, Spain, Mexico, Panama and Uruguay. He worked as a teacher at the Faculties of Psychology and Economic Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires, where he has been an adjunct professor of the subject of Work Team Management in the Business Administration and Public Accounting majors.
