Eduard Beltran is a lawyer, consultant, and expert in negotiation and leadership. With experience in over 60 countries, he has trained more than 15,000 professionals and advised 400+ international organizations. He has served as a principal consultant at the Centre Européen de la Négociation in Paris and currently leads the Center for Negotiation (CEFNE) in London. He also teaches negotiation at prestigious institutions like Sciences Po Paris, ESSEC, Complutense University of Madrid, and Pompeu Fabra University. As a legal expert, he has worked on international investment projects and dispute resolution, including a key role as Head of International Cooperation at the French Ministry of Justice. He holds degrees from the University of Barcelona, Sciences Po Paris, and NYU, and has trained at Harvard's Program on Negotiation. Beltran is the author of several books, including The Secret Art of Negotiation, Leadership: The Positive Influence, and Trust Me.
