Founder of CRIAFOCO, Isaias Eufrosino Rodrigues discovered the art of focusing at an early age. A dreamy black poor country boy, at the age of seven he was already picking castor beans near a river and giving them to his father to sell at the market and buying his favorite candy. At the age of nine, he carried shopping baskets at the market, and at the age of twelve he was running a small grocery store on his own, learning how to buy, sell, pay, promote products and win over customers. With ATTITUDE and FOCUS, he was able to build his trajectory very well. As an office boy and a typist, he reached executive positions in a large business conglomerate. Nowadays he leads his own corporate group with over 20 years in the market. A true success case! He holds a degree in Economics from PUC Minas and specialized in Systems from UFMG and in Business from FGV. He became an expert Creativity from Buffalo State College, USA. He has a vast educational background that includes almost one hundred certificates, including college degrees, MBA's and extension courses in Brazil and abroad. He is also the co-founder of Creativity Institute and is a member of the Creative Education Foundation (USA). As his legacy, he decided to share the secret he uses to create and to focus: CRIAFOCO. The method was born from his persistent, deliberate and repetitive practice of creative process methodologies combined with management and personal achievement tools. Isaias is proud to share his personal experience of focusing while he lives and live while he focuses. In fact, in this sense, he is proud of the 34 countries he has visited while getting his education, having fun and made his family, career and business grow!
