Oleh Khrapak was born on June 30, 1978 in the urban-type village of Nova Ushytsia, Khmelnytskyi region of the Ukrainian SSR. Since 1995, he studied at the Khmelnytskyi Technological University of Podillia, majoring in radio engineering, in 2000 he obtained a bachelor's degree, in 2001 he received a full higher education and obtained a master's degree. For some time he worked as a private entrepreneur. He is constantly interested in issues of development, changes in the physical parameters of the structure of the universe, together with his son he developed his own theory on these issues.Serhii Khrapak was born on July 19, 2008 in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. In 2014, he entered the first grade of the Khmelnytskyi specialized secondary comprehensive school No. 1. In 2022, he continued his studies at the Hoffmann von Fallersleben secondary school in Wolfsburg, Germany. Shows a penchant for physics, computer science.
