Dr. Ronggang Zhang got a bachelor degree from Northwest University in 1997. He got a master’s degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2001. He did his Ph.D. at Northwest A$F University in 2005. He did postdoctoral research in Nanjing University and Northwest University in 2008,2013. He studied in Fudan University as a young backbone teacher and visiting scholar during 2009 – 2010. He even studied in University of Houston as a visiting scholar during 2015 – 2016.
His research fields include Risk and crisis management, network economy, digital governance. His research got more than thirty funds such as the National Social Science foundation projects of China, provincial and ministerial projects of China, etc. He has published three monographs, and four textbooks, and more than 100 academic papers. 
He once served as vice president of Graduate Education School of Northwest University of political science and law, vice president of Business School, President of Business School (School of management), deputy secretary of the Party committee of business school and director of development planning and Discipline Construction Department of Northwest University of political science and law. He is a member of the Party committee and vice president of Northwest University of political science and law, a member of the Teaching Steering Committee of e-commerce specialty of the Ministry of education, a legislative consulting expert of the Standing Committee of the 13th Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress and a member of the legislative expert database of The 1st Shaanxi Provincial People's government. He is also executive vice President of China Enterprise Management Society and executive Director of China Law Society of Fiscal and Tax Law.
He was awarded the Teaching Master of Shaanxi Province,and won the first prize of Shaanxi higher education teaching achievement, the second prize of Xi'an scientific and technological progress, the second prize of Xi'an social science excellent achievement and the third prize twice.

Lijuan Fang got a bachelor degree from Xidian University in1998. She got a master's degree from Shaanxi Normal University in 2004. She is a researcher at the Institute of e-business security of Northwest University of political science and law and the Institute of data governance of Northwest University of political science and law. Her research fields include e-commerce security, information management and network governance.His research got more than ten funds. She edited 3 textbooks and published more than 20 academic papers.
Her Research Report on Support Policies for Rural Youth in Shaanxi Province was awarded Provincial Level 1 report of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 2017. She won many prizes from Northwest University of political science and law, such as the second prize in the first classroom teaching innovation competition, Excellent award of young teachers' teaching competition. She has been rated as excellent instructor in the competition on National College of electronic commerce ‘innovation, creativity and Entrepreneurship ‘Provincial Challenge for many times, and the outstanding communist party member of Northwest University of political science and law from 2019 to 2021.

Wei Chuan received a bachelor's degree from Shanxi University of Finance and economics in 2016, a master's degree from Augsburg University in Germany in 2019, and she began her PhD in economic law at Northwest University of Political Science and Law in 2021. She is also a researcher at the Institute of Data Governance and Risk, Crisis Management Center of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, her main research areas are civil and commercial law, digital economy governance, e-commerce security. Participated in and published academic views on fiscal and Tax Law Research Institute of China Law Society, chang 'an and Rome 5th National Academic Symposium, etc. She has hosted and participated in a number of research projects in Shaanxi Province.
