Sergio de Miguel, telecommunications engineer, is an executive coach, team facilitator, and speaker. He also teaches in the Executive MBA and Entrepreneurship MBA (MBAe3) at the Sarriko Faculty of the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). In 2015, he decided to change direction and follow his purpose: to support people, teams, and organizations in their cultural transformation. As a facilitator, he has collaborated with big companies such as IPP Group, Hydro, Danobat Group, Abanca, Ibermática, Caja Rural de Navarra, Hotel Gran Bilbao, Mahou San Miguel, Grupo AN, and Cafés Baqué.
