Teamwork and team spirit plays an important role in both an individual’s life and an organization’s success. Varying companies have different rules that enable a favorable teamwork environment. A team leader plays an integral part in the team. The main responsibility of a leader is to guide the members to reach the expectations set aside by the company and to motivate the other team members in the workplace. Teamwork incorporates numerous benefits to an organization.
