It is important to note that communities, nations and individuals are not uniformly affected by climate change and resource scarcity. This development stems from the vulnerability, responsibility and ability to handle these aspects by various stakeholders. Issues such as geography, politics, economic might and technology contribute towards corresponding effects of climate change on a population.
