Stephen Lovett once said, an incentive is a bullet. A key, and often tiny object with astonishing power to change a situation. And Charlie Munger famously stated, show me the incentive, and I will show you the outcome. There's no question that a well-thought-out incentive can massively motivate your workforce and generate significant gains for your company. Nothing gets people enthusiastic about a goal like telling them there's something special in it for them, whether it's money, prizes, a day off, or even a better parking space. Incentives are one of the most powerful forces you can introduce into your workplace, but how do we leverage this phenomenon in the most efficient manner? How do we do it in a way that delivers massive results, while not costing us a disproportionate amount of money or resources? In this course, we're going to show you how to do exactly that.

How do we do it in a way that delivers massive results, while not costing us a disproportionate amount of money or resources? In this course, we're going to show you how to do exactly that.
It's estimated that as much as $11 billion is lost each year due to employee turnover. Disengaged workers cost the economy 300 million or more per year.
Around 40% of employees say they don't feel appreciated at work, with almost 80% saying they'd work harder if they were better recognized. These statistics show that employee incentives is an increasingly important area that businesses should focus on.
Our course is going to consist of a series of critical discussion points. These are designed to cover this broad topic as thoroughly as possible, to encourage growth in these vital areas, and to facilitate a real and fruitful discussion within your organization, about how you can each improve on this essential characteristic, both at work and in your personal lives in general. Some of these will be pretty lengthy and some will be relatively straightforward and brief. At the end of this roadmap, comes the most important final step.
