If this would have been an item in the physical world, it would have been a book. And if you would pick that item up, you would be able to read something on the back of it. Now, since this is not a physical book, it is"just" an ebook, it has no back, thus, you cannot read anything on it. But even so, here it comes: This game you are currently playing, the IRL game, have you ever found any walk-through, rulebook or found any comprehensive guide online? I have not. So, based on my own game-play-experience, I will break down the game as best as I can, and give you my perspective on it so far. Speaking of perspectives. There only seems to be three rules in the IRL game that applies to every player. 1. The only truth is that there is no truth. 2. All choices, and non-choices, come with a consequence. 3. The only constant thing is that everything is constantly changing. Well, I just gave you the three biggest keys I've found so far. If they do not make sense, read the book and hopefully they will make sense. Or, perhaps, you will end up with more thoughts and questions than before you started to read? Who knows? Nobody knows! Or Whose nose? Nobody's nose, as Muddhedd brilliantly put it.

The back. The beginning. Back to the beginning. Beginning at the back. The beginning backwards. The… ah… start reading and you’ll see… This almost became a triangle shaped of words…
If this would have been an item in the physical world, it would have been a book. And if you would pick that item up, you would be able to read something on the back of it. Now, since this is not a physical book, it is “just” an ebook, it has no back, thus, you cannot read anything on the back of it. * The only truth is that there is no truth. * All choices, and non-choices, come with a consequence. * The only constant thing is that everything is constantly changing. Well, I just gave you the three biggest keys I’ve found so far. If they do not make sense, read the book and hopefully they will make sense. Or, perhaps, you will end up with more thoughts and questions than before you started to read? Who knows? Nobody knows! Or Whose nose? Nobody’s nose, as Muddhedd brilliantly put it.
A poem about a key: A key opens things, or locks them up. Dreams and fortune brings, or makes them stop. Opening or locking, nothing wrong, nothing right. Purpose of key being, merely being, not dark nor light. Please note that I just said it was a poem about a key, not a good poem about a key!
Now, to answer a question that might have already entered your mind. Yes, it is a deliberate choice to have this as an ebook only. Should it be a physical item within the game, it would have to obey the physical laws of the game. Now, as it is viewed through a screen, and only available through a screen, it is not part of the IRL game, and is therefore not bound by the physical laws within the game. And if that was not an answer to a question you had, well, see yourself as informed anyway. Because, whether you like it or not, or believe it or not, this book has already begun, and you are reading it. Since the book has already started, I think it is about time to inform you that I will go through a lot of things, but I might disappoint you when I say that this is not a complete guide to the IRL game. It is only my game-play-experience, so far. Oh, yes, IRL, I am sorry, I just assume you know what it means, perhaps you do, perhaps not. If you do know what it stands for, please skip the next few sentences, but not too many, just a few. And if you do not know what it is, keep with me as I get to the explanation. And that part is happening right now! IRL stands for In Real Life. It is a term, or abbreviation, that provides a counterpoint for things that happen online. And if you do not know what online is… well, first, congratulations, you’ve found this book and are able to read it, so I guess you have some idea, or at least experience as to what online means or is. But let’s just leave it at that. Yo! Time to get back to reading for you who skipped a few sentences. The content continues from here. And I am sorry for the ‘Yo!’ part! I’m a 80’s kid who grew up in the 90’s. Even now, 30+ years later, it is still encoded in my DNA.
Now, let’s get to business. Would you agree with me that a good place to start would be with the three main keys I talked about in the beginning of this book, or if you would, on the back of it? If you do not agree with me, I am sorry, this is not an interactive ebook, I have not thought about creating it like an interactive ebook until now, but like I said before, I am an 80’s kid, so I keep it old school (but in a modern form, I mean, ebooks wasn’t exactly a thing in the 80’s or 90’s when I grew up)! But as I said, three main keys in this IRL game. The first being: 1. The only truth is that there is no truth. What does that even mean? Well, the way I see it, everything around us, within the IRL game, is interpreted by you. And when I say you, I am not only directing this to the one you who are reading this right now. I am directing it to all the you’s out there, who according to the latest numbers found online would be around 8 Billion different yous. This means, in my view, that we, as players of the IRL game, have about 8 Billion different views on things, about 8 Billion different perspectives, about 8 Billion different game experiences. About 8 Billion different ways we have played, and are playing, and will keep playing the IRL game. To simplify it, perspective. What I hold for true, you might not. Your truth may not be my truth, but it will not change the fact that it is true for you. Sounds fuzzy? Well, let’s pretend that it was just you and me playing the IRL game, no other players. Just you and me. And let’s say that I have just figured out how to solve a particularly tricky in-game task, and you wanted me to share my solution with you. And for arguments sake (and quite necessary for me to make my point), let’s say that the task was to open a combination lock with four numbered wheels ranging from 0-9 on each wheel. Now, since we meet within the IRL game, I assume you have some experience with combination locks, and if not, I know you can find manuals and/or tutorials on how to operate one. But what you may not be able to find is the specific combination to this lock. So when you ask me to share my success with you, I share the specific combination to you by writing them on a note, and hand that note to you folded within the IRL game. As you unfold the note, you see this.
Now, handwriting is perhaps not the most common skill nowadays, thus you might have a hard time reading it, but to translate it into readable digits: 0168. With the code in your hand, you are now ready to run the mission, you get to the place, you find the lock, you turn the wheels to match the code on the note. 0168. Then…
Nothing.
The lock won't open. Now, being an experienced player of the IRL game, you know that in-game-mechanics might sometimes provide unexpected problems, so naturally, you turn the wheels again, make sure they are correctly aligned, each wheel snapping exactly in position. Double-checking the position that indicates where the code should be entered. But it still does not open! Of course, this disappoints you. And it would not be strange if you figure you pay another visit to the information-source to verify the information you have. So, you look me up, hand me back the note, I look at it and confirm it is the right code. Then you go back and retry, and like a USB-stick, you try the code three times, kind of expecting it to work the third time, as in the case with the USB-stick. But alas. It. Does. Not. Work. At this point, it would not be strange if you are very frustrated, and perhaps a bit angry with me, because I have given you the wrong code. Being the IRL game, and actual physical movements costs time and energy, sometimes even in-game money, depending on how you decide to move, you might be in a mood where it is easier to use some kind of in-game communication device. Like a phone. Perhaps you call me, and yell at me, perhaps you do not like confrontations, but still want to show me you are angry and hold me responsible. Then you might text me and writing something like this: “Your stupid code didn’t work…”
