  I am transferred to this new place called Secaucus. My family is in the Jersey city.

 My children's education needs them to stay there for some time. I have plans for them and they will come here after their exams are over. I thought I will take a big house or buy one by that time. I have to see that a nearby all facilities like school, market etc., are ready for them. I want to take a temporary house for me as the time is more than eight months for my family to come and join me.

I met the real estate people and asked for a newly built good house for me with all comforts. They searched on the lines of my requirement and found a newly built house with good paint.

I saw that newly painted house. The new painting smell is in the air as the doors are open. The house is beautiful and a lot of greenery is there around. It looks like the house is in a private estate. The rent is damn cheap and anybody can like this house for that little rent.

It is little far from to my working place. Yet I preferred this house. I liked this house so much and as I have a car, this distance to my office is not a problem for me.
