Book Summary

This book novel is the final continuation of my first & second books under the names of "Villains For Justice" & "The Return Of The NY Villains For Justice," which now continues under its third & final name, "Heroes To The Public, Villains To The Law."

From within this final book emerges a new young villain, namely, Darla Claw. Now older and changed, young Darla in her mid teen years is enraged with resentment. She sorts her own justice to retain a normal life to live free of any further future interferences and disturbances from the United Kingdom and the United States government legal forces.

When Darla's father, Shadow Claw, was finally apprehended by the United Kingdom government secret service, who had carefully pre-planned his capture, Darla ended up hurt both intellectually and physically trying to escape from the hands of the British armed forces. Darla, who had managed to luckily escape them, was left with no other choice or options other than to make her way into Africa to seek the help of the one person she knew she could count on, namely Cora Rollins.

Darla would later enter undetected into the United States to seek out the help of her other old friends and gang, namely Jerico Raven, Nina Dansk and Danny Rojas. Upon Cora's return to New York, law enforcement are faced once again with hardship by Cora's ongoing ruthless wrath. Cora's unique fighting expertise skills had highly increased, and worse yet, Cora now had alongside her the triplets known as the Afri team members named Imani, Zalma and Jafari who, other than Cora, were matchless at what they each did best. Cora and her new African team all hold and carry deadly tool weapons used for fear, torture and death. Cora sets her eyes on human traffickers dealing with them the only way she knows how to do.

Left with no options, the criminal investigative division of the FBI headquarters sorts out prisoner Amadou Khan. He is released on a non-permanent basis with the agreement as a condition of helping in capturing his estranged biological mother Cora, who is now more powerful and dangerous than ever before.

Things are about to heat up and take a new bold twist as Danny Rojas' adoptive sister, scientist and technologist Julia, makes a bold appearance and teams up with the beast Shadow Claw, along with his daughter Darla and others stand by government legal forces to escape from the hands of United Kingdom's secret service.

There is a new mafia king leader in Manhattan, New York, and he's nothing like the late head leader mafia king Don Felipe was. Danny's dark truth from his past, which he kept hidden from his wife Carolina about his full involvement with villains Jerico Raven, Nina, Cora and the best known as Shadow Claw, comes to light as Carolina discovers the truth herself, bringing dire consequences to their marriage. A familiar face from Nina Dansk's past returns for her.

Upon receiving an unexpected tip about his parents' unsolved past deaths, Jerico faces new betrayals and rivals. Commissioner Danny is blindsided by newcomer Italian mafia beauty Bella.

Shadow Claw's identity is finally revealed and it will be a shocking blow to Jerico as he would have never expected this jarring truth to ever be revealed.

ChapterOne

"Past & Present". A look back into what took place with the previous books of "Villains For Justice" & "The Return Of The NY Villains For Justice."

Character Nina Dansk was a young Caucasian American girl who was the first to become a villain and very much wanted by not only her once lover detective in the case Daniel Pierce, but also by the FBI. Nina not only grew up disgruntled with life but, worse yet, vengeful towards the laws regarding child and sex abuse. After Nina lost her family altogether within a brief lapse of time, she tried her best to keep it together, as hard as it was for her to do. Unfortunately, as Nina grew older, she had disengaged herself from society and reality. Nina was consumed with much inner rage, which at the end led her to do all that she did from her teens years and up.

It all began when Nina had lost her mother at the age of six at a young age. Then, later on, her father remarried to a woman named Jodi, who wasn't a great caring nor loving stepmother to either Nina or Gidget. Nina then later unexpectedly lost her beautiful young German Shepherd dog Beauty, who she loved very much, to the hands of Jodi, her stepmother. In a twist of events in brief years, Nina lost her sister Gidget who was also her best friend. Then, to Nina's worse of luck, she also ends up losing her father to a heart attack after learning that his oldest daughter Gidget had died after being strangled and raped by a man named Brian Hendricks.

All this drove Nina over the course of some years to seek and want some retribution no matter what the cost was. She wanted those who were responsible for the death of each of her family members and the dog to pay with their very lives. And slowly but surely Nina did succeed without having or feeling any kind of remorse or regrets. Even though Nina had a steady medical career, that wasn't enough for her. She wasn't satisfied and preferred acting upon her justice by taking more punishable measures upon her chosen victims by killing them. Nina took part in both kidnapping and murders. Despite having been suspected and watched by detective Daniel Pierce as others throughout her years, they had nothing to go on as Nina was clever in not leaving behind clues or messes.

Nina raised as her own a child named Cherry, who was abused by the hands of her stepfather and a drunken mother who had her own secrets to keep from her child ever revealing. Cherry grew to care, love and protect Nina, who she saw as her own mother. Cherry also took part in another child's kidnap alongside with Nina.

All that Nina wanted and desired most was to achieve rightful justice by eliminating the problem to which the child legal laws, in her eyes had failed to do, especially in child abuse, pedophilia and sex offenders cases. Nina stood up to protect those children who were in danger from their very own loved ones. At the end, Nina had achieved and gained fans who understood her purpose and message very well and were about to continue where Nina left off after her supposed death.

Four years later, when Nina was discovered to be well and alive by well-known psychic Madam Claudia, Nina had killed Madam Claudia for giving her up to Jerico Raven and the feds. Later on, Nina also proceeds to kill madam Claudia's husband Steven, whom she had previously worked with and was once friends with.

Nina fell into Cora's trap made by Jerico. Both Nina and Jerico, while being on opposite sides of the law, fell deeply in love and a relationship slowly blossomed between the two. Cora was against their relationship and didn't make it easy for both love birds Nina and Jerico, which later led to a harsh confrontation.

Character Jerico Raven, whose real name was Nate Gill, went under the name of Jerico Raven because he was like a raven on a wire watching the good and bad of the days and nights, whether it was from within the public or from within the police force itself.

He was a full-blooded Caucasian American male who, just like anyone else, could feel pain and bleed, but what made him different was his inclination to fight as best he could all evils of the night. Jerico didn't pose or hold any special powers; instead, he had and relied on his expertise in martial arts.

Jerico fought crime while using his own made undercover costume that kept him protected from being uncovered by the wrong people who wanted him dead. Jerico enjoyed protecting the innocent victims from the monsters that crawled out to harm them. It was only after Jerico was faced with the death of young child Blair, who was kidnapped, raped and killed, that drove Jerico to become who he later became.

During Jerico's college years, he lost his parents in death, and the case was never solved. Jerico, who kept to himself, was truly unique at what he does best: fighting crime by bringing down the corrupted to its end. Jerico wore a trench coat with a fedora hat with the name Blair written on it. He wore a mask that covered his nose and face. He had light face scars and wore black gloves and goggles that changed colors on his every deep breath, which would scare off the scums of the night.

While Jerico was seen as a hero to some, yet to others, he was seen as a threat because he wasn't corrupted nor a criminal like those within the police force. During the investigation of young child Blair's death, Jerico came upon the hidden true criminal activities and agendas from inside the police force and much higher ranks. Jerico had his own enemies on the side to deal with, like the immortals' military task force, mad bad dog Hideous and the mafia.

Cora and Jerico had gone to high and college schools together and were partners in the police force at one time. Once both Jerico and Cora became rival villain enemies, his life took a turn for the worse. To get some revenge on Jerico, a vicious Cora abducted Jerico's girlfriend Brenda, who was later killed by her own hands. Jerico had suffered a great deal throughout his life, but little did he know that in the end his life was to take a turn for the greater once he captured villain Nina Dansk, who he fell deeply in love with. Cora would at the end see to making sure that Jerico and Nina have an upsetting end, but Cora's plan only backfired in the end thanks to the interference of other good villains.

Character Cora Rollins is an African American born and raised in the Bronx of New York. Cora was the youngest child of her siblings. Both of her parents were police officers for many years, but Cora's mother left law enforcement to raise her children instead and maintain a part-time job. When Cora was 9 years old, unfortunately, her father was shot and killed after a bank robbery in the Bronx of New York. Her father's death took a great toll on the family and Cora's mother, who never remarried, did the best she could with her husband's pension to raise her five children on her own.

As a young rebel, teen Cora left home for personal matters but had returned later to attend high school and graduate. After Cora graduated and entered college, she decided to take after her parents and take up law enforcement. For personal reasons Cora remained single and preferred women instead of men since she had displayed hatred towards them.

Just like Nina, Cora too hated rapists, child abusers and pedophiles. Cora being direct and outspoken as the person she was, at one point, was unexpectedly ambushed and raped by an unknown assailant during her time as a police officer. Cora was outraged by this vicious act and had reasons to believe that her ambushed rape came from within her own police force department, but she had no evidence of that. With a criminal list on hand, Cora decided to take proper action with her own hands by silently capturing and killing all those who were on her list, criminals as rapists, child sex offenders and pedophiles.

Cora had known Jerico as they both attended high school and college together. They had both been partners in the police force at one time for a short time. Cora held highly martial arts skills that she studied, practiced, and focused on, which later led her to develop some mad Bruce Lee martial arts skills. Cora would kill without a second thought of it.

She wore a comfortable girlish outfit with unique glasses or goggles and gloves. She would carry a sharp mini hatchet with her as well and kept dangerous sharp miniature knives hidden within her outfit for the throw. She wore boots with no heels, but each boot contained hidden sharp kill knives inside. She often wore on her right hand spike brass knuckles to hurt and fight her opponent.

Cora went off the grid for a while. No one knew her whereabouts, not even her grieving mother or older siblings. In a desire for some revenge, Cora caught and tortured her uncle to death for being the main cause of her life's disappointments and shame. The police commissioner knew that Cora was really the female night killer of New York men, but he kept it to himself at his convenience.

Cora Rollins became the most wanted female criminal by the FBI and became the worse enemy and rival of Jerico Raven, who endured much hardship brought on by Cora. As a final blow to Jerico, Cora abducted Jerico's girlfriend Brenda and killed her to prove a point to him and his best friend, lieutenant Danny Rojas, whom she also disliked.

When Cora heard and learned about the freak of nature Shadow Claw throughout the New York news cast and who was on Jerico's side, Cora then went as far as to investigate Shadow Claw's background and past to gain a win and a chance to escape him if ever caught by the beast himself. And to Cora's luck, she accomplished her goal as she found out the truth about Cherry, the girl Nina had kidnapped who was really Shadow Claw's first born daughter. Cora used Cherry to gain some control over the beast she had most feared, Shadow Claw. After slicing a piece of Cora's ear out of rage, Shadow Claw was forced to let Cora be and protect her from both Danny and Jerico towards the end of all their confrontations.

After Shadow Claw’s return from the United Kingdom, he whisks Cora away into Canada to get some truth out of Cora and get his young daughter Darla back, who he believed was dead. Shadow Claw performed hypnosis therapy on Cora to help her cope with her hidden inner rage. After Nina Dansk had returned to face her beloved Cherry in her dying bed, Cora was thrilled, thinking the two of them worked as a team, but it all backfired on Cora. Nina fell in love with Jerico, who was Cora's biggest rival and the two villain women became enemies instead towards the end.

In the turning of unexpected final events, Cora was sent to Zimbabwe of Africa by Darla Shadow Claw's daughter as requested by her father. Cora became the queen of all Zimbabwe. She was unbeatable by any man or woman and unable to be captured by anyone. Her unique fighting expertise skills increased and she now had alongside her the triplets known as the Afri team Imani, Zalma and Jafari, who were as menacing as she was. Upon returning to New York city Cora would be faced with new challenges, such as bringing human traffickers the Perez brothers to a complete stop.

Character Danny Rojas, whose real name was Dante Rojas, was rather known as Danny instead.

Danny, of Latin origin, first started as a junior commissioned police officer in law enforcement. He knew Cora but not as well as Jerico had known her. Danny was also raised in New York in Queens. His biological Latin mother died during childbirth of complications, and he never knew who his biological father was. He went from home to home until he landed with an older mature couple who adopted him at the age of six. His adoptive father was a fireman, while his adoptive mother was a reporter. Danny's adoptive parents later adopted a little girl named Julia. Danny's adoptive parents put him through school as well as college. Danny and his adoptive sister Julia became estranged once Danny left for college.

Danny started his career as a young police officer, and there he met his good buddy and friend Jerico. Later on, both Danny and Jerico separated as Danny was relocated to Manhattan, New York and later on continued as the rank of a police lieutenant. Jerico Raven made an unexpected bold move by confessing to his good friend Danny that he was the only good villain known as Jerico Raven that the police force, feds and the previous commissioner were after. Despite knowing the truth behind Nate Gill, known as Jerico, Danny continued being friends with him without any kind of betrayal. Both men were on the same team, fighting for justice in every way possible to help the innocent victims.

After some brief years, Danny was awarded the rank position of police commissioner. Danny later met and married an immigration attorney named Carolina and lived happy and well. Danny kept the complete truth hidden from his wife Carolina about his full involvement with both Jerico Raven and the beast known as Shadow Claw.

After villain Cora, who disliked Danny very much, had made some assumptions about his past, Danny then felt some pressure and curiosity and investigated his adoption, where he learned that he was born within a mafia family and put up for adoption for his own protection and safety. His biological father, New York king mafia head Don Felipe, was killed in front of Danny during a personal confrontation with the military task force known as the immortals led by a vicious mad dog known as Hideous. A new mafia king took Don Felipe's place and was the leader now. Unfortunately, he and Danny would dissent from one another.

Carolina would later come face to face with the hidden truth that Danny has kept from her. It would be a devastating blow to their marriage which leaves the door wide open for newcomer Italian mafia beauty Bella, who makes a seductive bold move on Danny.

Character Shadow Claw was from England. He was like a mystery man to the world. No one really knew Shadow Claw's true identity, not even Jerico Raven or Danny Rojas. Shadow
