This partnership with God persists from the beginning of man's existence: every man is a thought of God. So God has already established facts, even before we were mentally able to recognize Him as our Lord and Creator, and even before we were able to turn to Him.
It is a covenant that is associated with a credit of trust. God has already everything prepared. - "He saw that it was good." Now it is up to the individual to accept this caring offer deliberately and grateful.
