If anyone had told Floyd that it would rain, he could have doubted him. The cloud was just clear as if nothing was going to happen. It was just a cool evening and no one suspected any form of rain except for those that have idea in meteorology in relation to climatology. It was just cool in the evening then all of a sudden there was heavy might rushing wind accompanied by heavy rain.
Floyd had to cover himself very well due to the weather condition. He had got to wear his pull over because its very cold. So he relaxed in the house, the rain lasted for more than an hour, he couldn't go anywhere, he had wanted to leave the house and proceed to see one of his friends but the rain was a limiting factor. It was his major challenge that evening.
"Ohhh how on earth can I go out now" he said to himself.
"The rain isn't going down at all."
"I should just wait a little to see of it will if it will subside."
He waiting and saw that the rain is still not reducing. He was so tired, he had already planned going out which is very important to him, he couldn't imagine himself staying back as he had told his friend he was coming to get what he wanted, though it wasn't his fault, it was nature, no one has permission to contend with it. He slept off a bit and had to wake up again, then the rain had reduced and he went to his friend's place.
"The rain has stopped finally."
"I am now free to go where I want to go" he said.
