It was July 29, 1990 and there was a man named James who was the age of 24 with his wife Tracey who was the age of 26. They lived in a trailer park and were searching in the area for a new home to live in since Tracey was eight months along. They found a place that had 2 bathroom, 4 bedrooms, a large backyard, and a pool. It also had an attic, a den, a large kitchen a big family room, and a basement.
When the couple drove into the property they saw that it was surrounded by trees and a long narrow driveway. At the end of the driveway they saw a big sign the said “Blackwood Manor”. The place had A four car garage in front of the home. They parked and exited the vehicle to be greeted by a man who stood 6 foot tall and wore a black trench coat. He had a full beard and a high n tight haircut. The man looked at them and greeted the couple saying that his name was Lamar Hall and his parents owned the place before they mysteriously died of unknown causes.
Lamar walked the couple up to the front double doors that stood 6 feet high. The doors creaked as Lamar opened them. The first room, which was the family room, had a very nice huge rug in the middle with a fireplace in the corner and two chairs at the back end of the rug.
Lamar pointed down the hall to the left and said that down there was the kitchen, one of the bathrooms and the master bedroom.
