Antoni Bukaty (b.1808 d. September 191876 ) – Polish philosopher and historian, engineer. Coat of Arms Pomian .

As a participant in the November Uprising, he traveled to France after the fall of the Uprising, where he received technical training. He stayed briefly in Canada and built a railroad there.

A believer in the philosophy ofmessianism considered himself a student Józef Hoene-Wroński , translator and popularizer of his works. Appreciated by Adam Mickiewicz and Juliusz Słowacki, who included him in the group of "ghosts" who created a number of new people in Poland and built his future.
