Biographical Review

For official history, the origin of Count Saint Germain is an enigma. Regarding his homeland, there are multiple claims, but perhaps the most credible one is from Prince Charles of Hesse Cassel, who states in his memoirs that Saint Germain claimed to be the son of Prince Rakoczy of Transylvania and his first wife, a Teleky.

Nevertheless, despite what Charles of Hesse Cassel said, all of Europe questioned this many times.

He voluntarily took the name Holy Brother—which is what Saint-Germain means—reportedly to distinguish himself from his brothers, although other sources tell us that this name comes from having purchased a property called San Germano in the Italian Tyrol.

This strange character, who spoke nearly thirty ancient and modern languages perfectly, who gathered all the knowledge of the time, astonished the European courts throughout the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century. He traveled through Europe under various names, such as Marquis of Monserrat, Count Bellamarre, Chevalier Schoening, Chevalier Weldon, Count of Soltikoff, Prince Rakoczy, Count of Surmont, etc.

He was an expert in the transmutation of metals and precious stones, demonstrating that alchemy held no secrets for him. It is also said that he knew how to prepare an elixir of eternal youth through which he always remained young, as attested by all who knew him, for while the people around him showed the passage of time in their bodies, he always appeared to be around forty years old.

Saint-Germain was an adept endowed with the greatest powers. He prophesied before Louis XV, Louis XVI, and Marie Antoinette the tempestuous events that were approaching Europe. He possessed the gift of ubiquity, and it is said that he could appear wherever he was needed without using doors and telepathically knew when he was called or invoked. He had a prodigious memory demonstrated not only in his linguistic knowledge but also when, after quickly reading a long document, he was able to repeat it word for word the next day.

He perfectly controlled both hemispheres of his brain, demonstrating this by writing two letters simultaneously, one with one hand—a love letter—and with the other—a letter of high philosophy. As a musician, he had extraordinary talent, being able to play all instruments, although the violin was his favorite.

He is physically described as well-proportioned and of medium weight, with regular and pleasant features, black hair, and slightly dark skin, with a broad forehead and wide-set eyes. He dressed elegantly but simply, with somewhat fitted clothes, generally in black.

In his courtly conversations, he used to recount experiences lived several centuries and even millennia ago, which caused great astonishment in his listeners, followed by both skepticism and mockery, as well as admiration from a few loyal friends he had. He also acted in the field of diplomacy, notably remembered for his trip to The Hague to make peace arrangements with the Dutch on behalf of Louis XI of France.

Regarding the fact of his death, this is a matter as mysterious and full of enigmas as his birth. Officially it is said that he “died” at the home of his friend and protector, Prince Charles of Hesse Cassel, on February 27, 1784. Is this true? If this is true, then how did he appear in 1789 to Madame d’Adhemar to predict the revolutionary episodes and to Rudolf Gräffer in 1790, revealing events that were to take place in the 19th and 20th centuries, such as the birth of railways and steamships in the 19th century and the climate changes that would come at the end of the current astronomical cycle in the late 20th century?

Who really is the Count of Saint-Germain?

The occult teachings tell us that the highly evolved individuality that appeared in Europe under that name reached adeptship under the physical guise of the son of Prince Rakoczy, having previously been the philosopher Francis Bacon and before that the philosopher and scientist Roger Bacon. As Francis Bacon, he wrote the works that later appeared as those of William Shakespeare.

He achieved his third initiation in the body of Francis Bacon and his fourth and fifth initiations in the body of Rakoczy. As Master Rakoczy, belonging to the seventh ray, he was given the regency of Europe and America in the great inner government of the world that directs the evolution of humanity. In the first half of the 20th century, he assumed the position of Maha Chohán, also called the Lord of Civilization, who is one of the three great Lords that, embodying the three major rays (Will or Power, Love-Wisdom, and Active Intelligence), guide the children of men towards their perfection.

The Maha Chohan embodies the aspect of intelligence, and his task is to stimulate its development among men to thus —strengthening the relationship between life and form, spirit and matter— benefit civilization, resulting from the action of intelligent man upon nature. The fact that Saint-Germain has a soul of the seventh ray (Ceremonial Magic), and that during his physical life he belonged to secret Freemasonic and Rosicrucian lodges, indicates that his action is carried out mainly through esoteric ritual. However, also because the seventh ray is a subsidiary of the third (as are the fourth, fifth, and sixth), he influenced, even before assuming the position of Maha Chohan, all disciples whose souls are of the third ray, being fundamental in his contribution to the scientific discoveries of the contemporary age. This influence was carried out through telepathic impression on the minds of seekers, causing the often-called inspirations that every deep thinker knows.

He who called himself the Noble Holy Brother (Count of Saint-Germain, Noble of Sobre Monte (Count of Surmont), and Benevolent Knight (Waldone)), is believed by some to return to the world to deliver a special message through a suitable and pure physical vehicle, just as Christ Maitreya did through the body of Jesus and Buddha Amitaba through the body of Gautama.

Where will the castle (causal body) be in which the “Count” can reside?

Message from Master Saint-Germain for the disciple in the Age of Aquarius:

“From the I AM in me to the I AM in you, I greet and revere the DIVINITY that has taken form in your form. Not out of fear of eternal judgments, hells, or punishments, but because your FREE WILL impels you to stop being disguised under these illusory forms, to finally let HIM who dwells in the depth of your ETERNAL and PRIMORDIAL BEING be through you. If you accept this invitation to walk these paths, I offer you that with humility but with fortitude, you assume your primary STRENGTH and take an active role in this wonderful age, the so-called AGE of AQUARIUS. No maps or signals are needed; everything is written in the I AM that has incarnated in your heart. Sunday: The Sapphire Blue Flame

Its day is Sunday. The Archangel who sustains it is the BELOVED MICHAEL, DEFENDER OF FAITH. The divine complement of this Archangel is FAITH, HOLY FAITH!

The current director of this ray is the ASCENDED MASTER SIRIUS. Its previous director was the BELOVED ASCENDED MASTER EL MORYA, whose divine complement is LADY MYRIAM. Its ELOHIM is the Beloved HERCULES, whose divine complement is Amazonia.

Each Flame has one or several TEMPLES in the etheric plane, above the Earth’s atmosphere, or on the terrestrial plane, usually on the peaks of high mountains or within them. Each TEMPLE has its Hierarch, and it is always one of these cosmic beings.

The true color of this Flame is BLUE AND CRYSTAL; it blazes in a beautiful sapphire color surrounded by a transparent white halo, clear as crystal. The virtues or Powers contained in this ray are: THE WILL OF GOD, FAITH, STRENGTH, POWER, AND PROTECTION.

This Ray contains THE WILL OF GOD. Humanity has forgotten that THE WILL OF GOD IS ALWAYS GOOD and has distorted this Ray, attributing a negative condition to God’s will. Thus, we see how when something less than good happens, people often say: it was God’s will.

God’s will is never negative. God’s will commands us NOT TO KILL but to LOVE. God’s will is not war but PEACE. God’s will is that WE LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

Each ray has an Archangel, an Ascended Master as Director, an Elohim with their complements, and is accompanied by cosmic entities of great light and many legions of angels.

The current DIRECTOR of the BLUE FLAME, the ASCENDED MASTER SIRIO speaks:

“Only your constant staying in contact and endless exchange of LOVE with your DIVINE PRESENCE I AM can free you from the illusions of what you consider ‘real,’ but which actually limits your true greatness and the highest expression of your BEING. Your I AM PRESENCE is your DIVINE part, the individual expression of the DIVINE MAGNIFICENCE, expressing itself at a point in the great UNIVERSAL COSMOS: YOU. At that individual point, the DIVINITY expresses itself with the FORCE of ALL THAT IS. Invoke the FORCE, the PURITY, and the PRECISION of the DIAMOND BLUE FLAME and free yourself from the chains that limit and imprison the free expression of that DIVINE FORCE. Recognize yourself as an individual point in the great mind of GOD and assume your POWER as the I AM THAT I AM.”

The DIAMOND BLUE vibration is a vibrational variant of the BLUE FLAME, which is currently reaching all life streams through the irradiation of the ASCENDED MASTER SIRIO. Through this variation in the frequency of the BLUE FLAME, all its qualities of LIBERATION and CLEANSING are enhanced, providing an invaluable tool for all seekers, students, and disciples. This tool works in conjunction with the VIOLET FLAME to achieve the liberation from all limitations, oppressive structures, karmic energies, fears, and insecurities.

Invocation to the ASCENDED MASTER SIRIO for the use of the DIAMOND BLUE FLAME:

“Beloved MASTER SIRIO, I love you, I honor you, I bless you, and I thank you for your service to me and all of humanity in these times of deep cleansing and transformation. I request your assistance at this hour so that you send your DIAMOND BLUE energy to me, to help me RELEASE from my physical, etheric, emotional, and mental bodies all those limitations and blockages that are preventing the expansion of my BEING and its correct manifestation in the world. Cleanse with your DIAMOND BLUE energy all my surroundings, my home, and my world, cutting away anything that is not vibrating with the highest frequencies of LOVE and LIGHT. I receive your assistance and commit to looking within myself to become aware of everything I have created from my fears and insecurities, and to surrender it all to the DIVINITY within me, so that it may be released by its DIAMOND BLUE fire, which, as it frees me from these limitations, also empowers my INNER POWER to express the I AM in the world. May this DIAMOND BLUE irradiation expand to all my brothers and sisters, for their complete LIBERATION and reconnection with their INNER POWER. Archangel Michael is cited in the Bible as Prince Michael and is the most well-known of all the Archangels. He is the Guardian of Faith and Protector against evil. He has blonde hair and magnificent blue eyes. The millions of prayers directed to him have drawn him very close to the earth. He bears a serene and splendid attitude of Faith and trust in God. He constantly responds to the needs of the people who suffer and invoke him. Of his own free will, he chose to be the GUARDIAN OF MAN’S FAITH IN HIS GOD at the beginning of human incarnation on earth. To anyone who implores his help, he sends one of his celestial assistants, if he does not come himself.

The Temple of Prince Michael is located in the Rocky Mountains of Canada. It is now in the etheric plane, although many eons ago it was physical on earth. When the Elohims, who form our solar system, sent the first group of humans to inhabit planet Earth, Prince Michael accompanied them. This human group was called THE HOLY INNOCENTS and they incarnated near the Wyoming Mountains, today the United States. But as the planet darkened due to the fall of man, Archangel Michael and his hosts ascended to the etheric plane, with the Temple and everything, where they remain to this day.

There are what are called “mass entities” of a negative nature; they are tremendous forces that often take over people and drive them to despair. The individual alone cannot rid themselves of these entities, which live off their own life force. Some are of immense size and accumulated energy. People can connect with them and fall into their grasp through misqualified thoughts and feelings. When this happens, the call to Archangel Michael and his hosts causes him to come and cut, with his BLUE AND CRYSTAL SWORD, the bonds that tie the individual to these entities. “The imperative call, made with faith and sincerity, is always answered.”

Individuals who go through the change called “death” carry with them the tendencies and habits of the thoughts and feelings they had when they were on earth. Your call to Archangel Michael will cause him to “help them on the other side,” to free them and take them to the schools of instruction that they need.

It is of great help to turn our attention at night, before sleeping, to “THE TEMPLE OF FAITH AND PROTECTION” and ask Archangel Michael to cut away our troubles and limitations; this will allow the power of light to penetrate more quickly into our world.

Beloved Archangel Michael says:

Beloved brothers, the service of those who work with me, “the defenders of faith within the hearts of men,” your faith in your own divine destinies and your knowledge, must lift you out of the limitations in which you are submerged. It is to fortify and expand Faith that the legions of my kingdom constantly breathe upon the light of men, so that, in that breath, they may impart something of our own nature, allowing men to continue.

The Creator Elohims of our solar system are called HELIOS and VESTA. You must know that every cell that leaps from the body of God to create an individualized flame, that is, a living being, leaps containing both genders, male and female. Then, that cell divides to evolve, meaning the masculine goes to one living body and the feminine to another. There are some cells that do not agree to divide, but those that do, after many journeys, meet at the end of their human round and unite forever. This is what is called “The Complement” of a being.

In these two Creator Elohims of our system, Helios is the masculine entity or masculine cell, and Vesta, his complement, is the feminine one; they are the Gods of the Sun. Our Godparents Helios and Vesta, when they set out to create our solar system, made a strong call to the SEVEN ELOHIMS of the Flames to help them create our Planet Earth.

The Elohim Hercules and his complement Amazonia represent the STRONG BLUE FLAME OF POWER AND THE WILL TO ACT. If you call upon them to surround you with their strength, protection, and power, you will attract their mighty assistance into your world, for nothing and no one disputes the Power of Hercules.

The Mighty Hercules says: In the name of God, I bring you the fire of Hercules; “I AM” the Elohim of Decision, and God spare me from wavering men. Everything that has been built on Planet Earth or any other plane has been achieved by men and women of decision. By Elemental Angels and Devas of decision. By beings who voluntarily chose to use the energies of their lives with the will to act. Without decision, there are no lasting achievements.

“IGNITE, OH GOD, THE FLAME OF DECISION UPON THE FOREHEADS OF THOSE WHO ARE EAGER TO DO YOUR WILL!

Everything that is created in the Spiritual Realms immediately begins to expand, grow, perfect itself, and offer permanent service.
