She is an experienced seniorexecutive and human resources consultant. She runs her ownsuccessful consultancy business specialising in training andpersonal growth coaching. Her qualifications include MBA, MasterPractitioner of NLP and a Diploma in Performance Coaching. She isalso qualified in psychometrics (Saville and Holdsworth Abilityand Personality tests - and Myers Briggs). Anne- Watson spent 18 years building up a successfuland highly profitable research based headhunting business that wasfinally sold in March 1998. She now focuses on performancemanagement and performance enhancement consultancy. She runs LuckWorkshops with Heather Summers, challenging participants to takecharge of their own destiny and outperform their ownexpectations.
