Additionally, expound how adaptive behaviour presents itself within the daily processes and strategizing. Kibaale Development Company has been presented as practical example for the critical discussion on adaptive systems. Adaptive systems identified include; the company/ organization, working teams, customers/clients and other stakeholders. The company has created conducive working environment for both internal and external stakeholders. This environment has led to its continued growth. Some of the adaptive behaviours demonstrated include; ethical conduct, symbiotic relationship, shared values, purposeful collaboration, inclusion, and commitment/ loyalty among others. Leadership of organizations are encouraged to create conducive work environment at the organizations so as attract the needed adaptive behaviour for continued growth.
