Perhaps you are one of those people who have already tried to work with the law of attraction, but it hasn't worked for you yet. But it could also be that you have heard the words 'law of attraction' somewhere before and now want to look into it in more detail. It doesn't matter what position you are in. In this book, you will learn how to manifest it easily and playfully and be successful in all areas of your life.

Everyone on this earth has certain goals and wishes that they would like to achieve. It may well be that some wishes feel unattainable and huge. But what if you really could have everything you've always dreamed of in your life, without exception? Imagine how happy you would be if you achieved all your goals. How wonderful would that be?

Welcome to your journey to absolute happiness, because with the techniques listed here, nothing stands in the way of achieving your goals. All you need to do is integrate the techniques into your everyday life and implement them 1:1. Everything can soon show up in your self-created reality. In the first chapter, let's start with a basic understanding of what the law of attraction actually means.

What does the law of attraction mean?

The law of attraction, also known as the law of resonance, describes the fact that like attracts like. It is one of many laws that govern our lives here on earth. In other words, it means that if we have positive thoughts, we attract even more positive circumstances into our lives. However, if we think predominantly negative thoughts, we attract negative events.

Perhaps you know someone who is constantly moaning and complaining about everything. What does this person attract into their life when they only think negatively? The answer is that they attract even more circumstances into their life that they can complain about. Like attracts like. The law of attraction is constantly active and no one in this world can escape it.

It is a law of nature that everyone can benefit from if you use it correctly. However, if you are one of the pessimists among us, it will be much harder for you to attract circumstances into your life that bring a smile to your face.

Surely you know the law of gravity, don't you? If we throw something down from a balcony, the object flies steeply downwards instead of sideways and spiraling upwards to the left. You can understand the law of attraction in the same way. If we think positively and have a life-affirming attitude, then happy events will keep happening and we will attract positive things into our lives. The law says that you can't assume the worst and attract the best. That simply doesn't work.

I'm sure you're very familiar with those days when you get up in the morning in a great mood and the whole day just goes really well. You're in a great mood, your colleagues at work are joking around, your annoying boss might not even be there, you experience a green wave in traffic and the rest of the day just goes well for you.

On the other hand, there are also days when everything gets out of hand. You stub your little toe on the edge of the bed when you get up, you drop your coffee cup, you make serious mistakes at work and so on. I'm sure you understand what I'm getting at.

Of course, I'll tell you what this example has to do with the law of attraction straight away. If you start your day with negativity, you attract even more of it. The whole day feels like bad luck, and when you lie in bed at night, you just hope that the day will end quickly because you've only experienced bad things.

This is exactly how the law of attraction works. Even at the first mishap of the day, you get angry and send negative energy into the universe. And the universe responds to your energy with even more negativity. The same applies to very good days. If you yourself are in a good mood and full of positivity, the universe will send you more positive things. It's like a kind of chain reaction.

This may sound a little harsh, but you are responsible for everything that happens to you in life. Whether it's good or bad things.

However, once you have understood how the law of attraction works, you have everything in your own hands. You can attract anything positive into your life. Every day anew, you have the opportunity to change your life the way you want it to be. That's the good news I have for you. The slightly worse news is that you also have to do something about it. However, you will find out more about this in the following chapters.

The law of attraction has its origins in physics, or to be more precise, in quantum physics. The theory of quantum physics states that particles set the surrounding particles into the same vibration that they themselves have. Applied to our everyday lives, this means that if we have a positive vibration, we can influence our environment with it and that the environment is also positive. So you attract positive things around you with the power of your thoughts. This is the law of attraction.

Quotes about the law of attraction

There are numerous quotes about the law of attraction that you have no doubt heard before, so at least it sounds familiar. The law of attraction gained great fame when the well-known book "The Secret" was published in the early 2000s. However, the secret of the law of attraction is nothing new. Perhaps a quote or two will help you to program your inner attitude towards happiness.

In my opinion, however, the most beautiful quote is from the Bible. Because if something is already in the Bible, then it can't be anything other than what it says, can it?

I could give you at least another 50 quotes here, but I don't want to bore you with them, I want to get to the point. But as you can see, these quotes are very meaningful. Even Albert Einstein recognized this powerful law and used it to his advantage.

The power of the subconscious

The subconscious is a part of our psyche. However, we are not always aware of it. Everything we have ever heard or seen is recorded in it. It is interesting to note that when we imagine something, the subconscious mind accepts it as true. The best example of this is erotic thoughts. So when we think in this direction, the state of the body changes. I'm sure you can imagine what I mean by that.

Or you can close your eyes for a moment and imagine a freshly cut lemon. The juice of this lemon runs into your mouth. Can you notice a reaction in your body? Your face contracts and you can almost taste the sour flavor of the lemon.

As soon as you think about something and experience intense feelings, your subconscious mind thinks that it is extremely important. For this reason, the subconscious mind strives to maintain intense feelings. It is important to know that the subconscious mind is not related to logical thinking, but is driven by emotions.

The subconscious represents processes in our mind to which we have no controlled and conscious access. These are reflected in every area of our lives. In the emotions we experience and in the general state in which we function.

These are responsible for over 90 % of the activities we perform. Some of these processes develop over the course of our lives, while others are innate. Certain beliefs that we carry around with us throughout our lives are also located in our subconscious.

It is not uncommon for harmful beliefs to prevent us from moving forward. You may have been dealing with the same issue for many years and constantly ask yourself "Why is it always me?" or "Why does it always happen to me?". But the good thing is that we can control our own lives and completely reprogram our subconscious for success, love and health.

The subconscious has a major influence on the following areas of life:

For your well-being and health

Your attitudes and beliefs

On your perception

On your personal successes and performance

On the meaning you give to things

However, you don't need to worry that you are completely powerless in the face of your subconscious. The realization of how much influence it has on our activities and actions is only a little frightening as long as we perceive the subconscious as threatening and alien. However, when you realize that you can actively influence the subconscious mind, then you can really be sure that you have a powerful ally that sets everything up the way we want it to be. In other words, we first have to reprogram our subconscious so that our wishes and goals can come true. You will find out exactly how to do this in the following chapters.

The strength of the most successful people actually lies in their subconscious. This is most noticeable in high-performance sport. Top athletes are known for using their mental powers to get to the top of the podium. They have learned to harness the power of the subconscious. They mentally go through the battle over and over again and see themselves as the winner, holding a golden medal in their hand. What exactly do they do? They use a technique called visualization and thus have a direct influence on the law of attraction. Even if you don't strive for such high performance, you can direct your subconscious mind towards achieving your personal goals.

It is much easier to achieve success in various areas of life than you might think when you work with your subconscious. We often unconsciously boycott ourselves and wonder afterwards why things didn't work out in our favor. Here it is important to find out which unconscious programs are running in our minds.

Here's a small example: What is your relationship with your letterbox? Do you like looking in it or do you hate putting the key in and opening the letterbox because you think there are only bills in there anyway? Even if you get unexpected bills, how do you deal with them? Does it upset you or do you take it all in your stride? If you get very angry about it and can't get it out of your head for days, then the law of attraction will keep throwing situations like this at you. As you are experiencing strong emotional feelings due to the anger and annoyance about the unexpectedly high bill, your subconscious will draw even more of these strong feelings into your life.

Perhaps you are familiar with the situation where, after a long good phase in life, something a little worse happens. But it doesn't stop at just one thing. It's followed by another and another and another. Like a kind of chain reaction. For a long time, I was firmly convinced: "Shit rarely happens alone." So I, or rather my subconscious, was convinced that more bad things would happen once an unpleasant thing had happened. This is a super-damaging belief that I first had to reprogram.

To recognize such harmful, subconscious programs, I advise you to start by analysing your own behaviour and thoughts. For example, if you review an argument, you may notice some behaviors that you weren't even aware of before.

However, it is not only your own behavior and reactions that come to a large extent from your subconscious, but also the attitude you have towards certain things. For example, you have learned in the past through your upbringing which things you have a positive and negative attitude towards. Your inner attitude influences your behavior and your decisions.

Write down spontaneously and without much thought which terms you associate with the following topics:

People (I hate people)

Men (only cheat anyway)

Women (belong in the kitchen)

Love (nobody wants me anyway)

Work (I don't like the job, but it's enough to make ends meet)

Success (I never have success)

Money (I can't afford it anyway)

Through this exercise, you will quickly recognize in which areas you may have negative and where you have positive basic beliefs that unconsciously affect your actions and thinking. Break through your old beliefs and I guarantee you will make a 180-degree transformation in your life!

Try to find out as much as possible about your unconscious attitudes. Write down which beliefs and convictions you hold in which areas of your life. Perhaps organize a little booklet and write everything down in it. This will help you to find out more about yourself, as this is exactly where you can start and change your subconscious so that it works in your favor. This gives you clear indications of how you behave and which patterns emerge. This also allows you to recognize why you are sabotaging yourself in certain areas of your life.
