Heartfelt Confession

Without a doubt, we are entering a period of increased spiritual activity and confrontation. This is why the book's first chapter begins with a contrite heart. I believe we shall witness something quite different than in the past, with breakthroughs experienced by the remnant who qualify; those who have humbled themselves before God, confessed their sins, and quake at His Word.

I was reminded of a story from the life of Smith Wigglesworth, a well-known healing evangelist. It entailed the outpouring of supernatural force via this great champion and a fundamental secret in his walk with God. Wigglesworth visited New Zealand in 1922 for a series of healing initiatives.

He was unknown to New Zealand's authorities at the time, but numerous pastors hired the Wellington Town Hall to host the gatherings with great confidence. Many people were healed and saved as a result of the Lord's powerful presence. The sessions were so popular that more were scheduled, and each one was packed to the brim with God healing the most difficult cases of sickness and disease. While walking along the beach with Wigglesworth at the end of the campaign, one of the host pastors inquired about his secret of walking in manifestations of God's might. "I'm sorry you asked that question," Wigglesworth replied, "but I'll answer it." "I am a heartbroken man." My beloved wife, who meant the world to me, passed away eleven years ago. I returned after the burial to lay on her grave. There was a part of me that wanted to die there. However, God spoke to me and urged me to get up and leave. I told Him that if He would give me two portions of the Spirit, one for my wife and one for myself, I would go preach the gospel. God was merciful and granted my prayer. However, I am a lone sailor on the wild seas. I'm a lonely man, and there are times when all I want to do is cry. Wigglesworth's success with God was due to a broken and contrite heart.

51:17 (Psalms) God's sacrifices are a shattered spirit: O God, you will not scorn a broken and contrite heart.

Wigglesworth highlighted that what he carried in God was not to be envied, but rather what the last generation would witness as the two men continued strolling along New Zealand's shoreline. Wigglesworth claimed to have had three open visions with God. At the time of these meetings in 1922, two of them had already been completed. However, he stated that the third will occur after his death. "Oh it was great!" Wigglesworth exclaimed. Amazing! I can't reveal God's secrets, but you'll recall what I said earlier: "This revival we've had is nothing compared to what God has yet to do."

Wigglesworth's statements were definitely meant towards the spiritual outpouring within the generation preceding the Lord's return, according to the pastor to whom they were spoken. "It was clear that the evangelist was given a specific vision of the approaching outpouring of the Spirit in an unprecedented way in the days shortly before our Lord comes to snatch away the Church," he said.

Wigglesworth was clearly shown a glimpse of God's plan for this time. Wigglesworth is also said to have precisely predicted what is now known as the Charismatic revival when in South Africa in 1936. He, like many other previous winners, was given the opportunity to prophetically watch and foretell what we as a generation will be able to enjoy in God. Nonetheless, the same qualifications apply to us as they did to Wigglesworth and the rest. Wigglesworth's loss of his beloved wife Polly is heartbreaking. It did, however, generate something in him that God was able to use to transform a generation. Although we may not endure the same kind of loss as Wigglesworth, our ultimate goal is to come before God in humility and true brokenness of heart because of our situation and current need for godly character. Increasing Your God will not scorn such a heart and will powerfully anoint it with signs and wonders of His Spirit. Following the sessions in New Zealand, I felt a strong call on my life and the life of God's leadership to raise our level of dedication and devotion.

He deserves more than we've been able to give him thus far. Many have clearly made significant sacrifices throughout the Church to see His Kingdom revealed. Even yet, we must strive to something more on a corporate level for the most part.

Clarity and honest leadership are urgently needed, as well as a trustworthy prophetic voice to provide direction and divine wisdom. With a growing emphasis on the rise of God's divine governance, a biblical understanding of God's promises for the end-of-the-age generation is also in need. Those nurtured and prepared for governmental responsibilities are receiving clear spiritual endowments. The need for the spirits of knowledge and revelation has never been higher.

Paul's letter to the Ephesians (Ephesians 1:17-19) That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in knowing him, the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

We sorely need the impartation of Heavenly wisdom and knowledge, as well as intelligence, through all forms of writing and literature, just as Daniel and his three comrades in Babylonian captivity did. Our dreams and visions are in desperate need of interpretation and understanding.

1:17 Daniel God granted knowledge and skill in every study and insight to these four children, and Daniel had comprehension in all visions and dreams.

All great spiritual leadership, in my opinion, is born out of friendship with the Lord. He once said to His disciples that they were no longer servants, but companions.

God's mysteries, secrets, and strategies are revealed from that place of intimacy, revealing the Father's intentions and desires for this generation. As a result, our primary goal should not be a spiritual office, but rather friendship with Jesus. As we delegate Kingdom power and walk with God like Enoch, we will clearly see who we are and what we are called to be.

I've spent a lot of time studying and writing about Daniel's life, as he is a man who is highly regarded and adored in Heaven. Daniel, the Lord told me, was a prototype for the generation he predicted. Daniel and his three companions present a prophetic vision of how the Lord would equip His people for distinctive end-of-the-age duties in different ways. Natural confinement in Babylonia Israel provides a prognosis for our current situation as well as the Lord's promise of deliverance. Heaven's particular empowerment given to these faithful young men is described in Daniel 1:17.
