How to Start Losing Weight
Intermittent fasting (IF) refers to eating habits that do not involve eating or severely limiting calories for an extended period. There are many subgroups of intermittent fasting, each with individual variations in the duration of fasting, some for hours, others for a day (s). It has become a trendy topic in the scientific community because of all the possible health and fitness benefits that are discovered.
What is intermittent help (if)?
Fasting, or periods of voluntary abstinence from food, has been practiced for centuries around the world. Intermittent fasting is relatively new to improve health. Intermittent fasting is intended to limit food consumption for a certain period and does not contain any changes in the actual foods you consume. Currently, the most common IF protocols are a daily 16-hour fast and a one-day fast, one or two days a week. Intermittent fasting could be considered a natural food model that man is supposed to implement and return to our Paleolithic hunter-gatherer ancestors. The current model of a planned occasional fasting program could potentially help improve many aspects of health, from body composition to longevity and aging. Although if it goes against the norms of our culture and the typical daily routine, science can think of a lower frequency of meals and more Lent than the optimal alternative to the average model of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here are two common myths related to intermittent fasting.
Myth 1: need to eat three meals a day: this" rule," prevalent in western society, was not developed based on evidence of health improvement, but was adopted as a standard model for settlers and eventually became the norm. Not only does it lack scientific justification in Model 3 meals a day, but recent studies show that fewer meals and more fasting are optimal for human health. One study showed that one meal a day with the same amount of daily calories for weight loss and body composition is better than three meals a day. This discovery is a basic concept beyond intermittent fasting, and those who choose it may prefer to eat only 1-2 meals a day.
Myth 2: you need breakfast, this is the most important meal of the day: a lot of false claims have been made about the absolute need for daily breakfast. The most common statements are "breakfast increases your metabolism," and "breakfast decreases your food intake later in the day." These claims were refuted and studied over 16 weeks, with results showing that skipping breakfast did not decrease metabolism and did not increase food intake for lunch and dinner. It is still possible to do intermittent fasting protocols while again eating breakfast, but some people find it easier to eat a late breakfast or skip it completely.
Types of help INTERMITTENTS:
Intermittent fasting comes in different forms, and each can have several unique advantages. Each kind of intermittent fasting has variations in the fast-food relationship. The benefits and effectiveness of these different protocols can vary individually, and it is essential to determine which one is best for you. Factors that can influence what to choose are health goals, daily / routine schedule, and current health status. The most common types of fi are alternating daily fasting, overnight feeding, and modified fasting.
1. ALTERNATIVE aid day:
This approach is to alternate the calorie-free days (eat or drink) to graze freely and eat what you want.
