While the lyrical I praises the splendor of nature with its beautiful flowers, the interplay of the trees with bees, the power of fire and the breathtaking change of the seasons, it simultaneously exposes the destructive power of humanity. Vices such as greed, envy, anger and hatred are not only dangerous for fellow human beings, but also for nature. We pollute the water, pollute the air, disregard the rain and torture animals and plants, but the lyrical I always sees a glimmer of hope. God gives hope, and nature gives us a new beginning every year and every morning. It shines even in the greatest darkness. In harmony with nature, however, the lyrical I also finds himself and meaning in his life.

Foreword

Blessed is he who finds his sources of joy

while holding the divining rod himself.

Whoever binds himself to other dowsers,

this world remains closed to him.

Review - Outlook

I look back full of happiness,

I am satisfied and grateful

for every day - even the hard times.

I look forward to the harvest!

It was late in the day before I learned,

that everything that has happened to me

- even if it was hard to understand -,

is only what my creator thought

and then made this clear to me.

With courage and great trust in God

I can now look to the future.

Despite the dark clouds, I see light!

I am full of confidence

and don't be afraid.

Christmas night

God himself helped in the chaos, in the sea of will-o'-the-wisps:

He came down to us

and pointed the way,

gave hope and courage,

he pointed to weighting,

what is bad and what is good.

His word seems forgotten,

lost the measure.

Through the year in a permanent carnival

false becomes true,

and freedom from fools everywhere

twists the message of His words.

Lord, come down to us

and speak to us again!

Could not closed eyes and ears

often keep garbage away from heart and mind?

Conservatory

Ice crystals flash

bizarre in the sunbeam,

enchant shrub and branches

to twilight sleep, so rigid.

Adorned by snow and frost,

think this, you summer leftovers,

only as cold comfort.

The pale sun does not yet awaken

the pond and not the garden.

But soon a bright, warm light shines

for all those who are waiting.

Thanks to

God has given us you parents

as a role model that you never forget:

You are the origin, you gave us life.

We owe you what is in us.

You have also pointed us in the right direction,

shown what love can do,

and have proven this throughout your life.

Thank you for that every day!

Give without expectations,

so even a modest thank you

bring you great joy.

The bee

Not with the smallest fruit

your friend, the tree, can give you a present,

if he does not try it himself first,

to attract the flight of bees.

It invites you in colorful blooms

invite the bees over.

His sweet gift in a chalice

is already ready and smells delicious.

Covered for the Immenvolk

not without self-interest the tree.

He hopes the guest has a present,

brings life to the flower border.

The bee fertilizes with the pollen,

says thank you to the blossom.

Woe to us if no one is left

rejoices in the nectar potion.

Does not mean "fertilize" create life

and think about tomorrow,

so that we do not have to face

descend upon us?

YOU paint the picture

Do you want,

when you have once departed from this earth,

be seen as a human being,

without any lies, determined, courageous, clever

and full of zest for action for a lifetime,

and whose word is ever true?

Wouldn't that be a proud picture!

God grant that you do not forget,

who alone is the artist,

who created it, this magnificent painting,

to be completed in the near future.

Take your time painting the picture

muted colors, self-mixed,

and be understanding and gentle

to the portrait, even if blurred.

Don't brag about the motif,

but paint over mistakes.

Then sign with your name,

choose a simple frame.

They will respect you as a fellow human being,

who will later view your work.

One thought - one word

A flap of wings high on the ridge

unconsciously and unintentionally triggers

many a thundering avalanche.
