…’’ I hate you all, I wish I was never born into this useless family’’.

A bright morning turned into a dark sad and breaking morning, as rage build in him he started packing for his trip, the same trip he was told not to take. He has done a lot of adventure trips and this was different from all of them, seeing the tallest snow mountain was his dream and his family was in the way of it.

‘’Raven, we are not trying to stop you from doing what you love. We are just worried you may not return as told in the legend of our people’’, his mother said with a very slow, broken voice.

No word came from him, trying to trap the words so he doesn’t hurt them, for he was told that the greatest weapon is the tongue, you can patch a knife wound and it will heal, but you can’t reverse hurtful words, they make a home in someone’s mind as a reminder that you hurt them. He turns a blind eye from the family’s tear and head out, alone and scared, he still did it.

‘’ she is a little bit old son, but she can go’’. The owner of the helicopter said to Raven before taking it for a spin.

‘’I think I can manage sir thank you’’, he take turns and filled it in for the trip, took what he needed and got on it. He gave the old man half of the money as agreed and beat the forest with mighty wind from it as he lift off. He looked at the map, his face light up and he smiles, he needed to get away and make a name for himself, not living in his father’s shadow as ’’ the sonof the great mountainclimber and explorer’’, this was going to mark him as one of the greatest adventures too.

The clouds clear up as he gets closer and closer, looking outside seeing animals and flowers, young villagers waving and smiling. Nothing was more important and special as this, he did feel bad for how he left but it was not time for all of that, history was in the making and he was the center of it. It was going to be a long journey; he decided to look at the map for a nearby place where he can rest. After a minute of scanning the map, he found a perfect one, Teju Village. It was small with really friendly people, he decided to rest there for the night.

The Big Bird Landed Near The Flowing Waters, wind welcomes him as he step out, straight he went to the bar, everybody looked at him as he walked in. everybody knew his father but never got a chance to see him in real life, royalty cloth wiped his seat and made an order, the whole place was silent the whole time. Not sure how to approach him, one man shouted, ‘’ as man of the journey, we cry with you through the loss of your father’’. He looked and everyone took off their hats and buried their faces in their chest.

‘’thank you, I really appreciate you all’’. A young lady came and set next to him, before she can say anything, Raven looked into her green light eyes.

‘’ and what can I do for you miss’’.

…she giggled and stroke her blonde hair back, ‘’I have a request, I knew your father. Well not really, not like that, I kind of saw him once or twice’’. The girl said while awkwardly laughing, and after every weird word she said, her voice went lower, making it hard for Raven to hear’’.

‘’WHAT??’’, Raven shouted.

‘’I SAID I ONCE SAW YOUR FATHER, she cleared her throat and said, my request is that, I would appreciate it if you come stay with me for the night, as a thank you to your father for what he has done for my me’’.

‘’And what is that exactly’’, Raven asked the strange young lady he was attracted to.

‘’if you come with me, I will share the story’’, he rolled his eyes and agreed to go with her, he sipped his drink and they headed out, ‘’ so, what is your name’’.

‘’I am kalisi, and I know who you are’’.
