It is said that the longest journey a person can take is the journey from the head to the heart. This path has many names: healing path, initiation path, soul path, heart path, path to mastery or ascension path – ascension to higher levels of consciousness; the feeling of lasting, strong joy and the experience of true miracles... It was her clients and students who motivated Anna Christina Doll to write a book about the healing path from 2018 onwards. Based on the insights gained from her own development and her experiences with the spiritual world, supplemented by the experiences she has in her daily work with her clients, the author describes the healing path and highlights the challenges, healing aspects and blessings that this path brings.

Foreword

It is said that the longest distance a person can travel is from the head to the heart.

The electromagnetic field of the heart is five thousand times stronger than that of our brain. (HeartMath Institute, CA, USA) Brain cells have also been discovered in the heart.

Dr. med. O. Hanisch (1844 to 1936) made an interesting discovery. Using a microscopic camera, he took photos of the so-called fifth ventricle, which is located on the back wall of the heart and is surrounded by the sinus node. It probably has a diameter of only four millimeters. He enlarged these images by a million times and always had the same result, namely a sacred-looking figure in the sacred geometric shape of a dodecahedron.

The dodecahedron is considered to be the most powerful platonic solid. It consists of twelve curved pentagons. Dr. Hanisch wondered whether this might be the divine atom inherent in every human being. This place in the heart has many names. Among other things, it is called the "hot spot" because temperatures were measured in it that are not actually possible in the human body. Indigenous peoples call it the "tiny space". It is said that when we create reality from this place, desires are fulfilled faster and more powerfully. When I connect to this place, I always have the feeling that something is wrapped around me, spreading deep peace.

On your ascension path, you will repeatedly come into contact with sacred geometry. When we consider that every single snowflake is shaped differently, we realize that there are indescribable and enormously creative intelligences involved and that everything, including us, has to do with sacred geometry.

My aim with my work and also with this book is to awaken in you the memory of what you really are, namely pure joy, love and pure light, endowed with enormous powers of manifestation.

The "path" has many names, some call it the healing path, others the initiation path, soul path, path of the heart, path of mastery or ascension path. To "ascend" means to anchor oneself in higher levels of consciousness and higher dimensions, where the feeling of lasting, strong joy prevails and where true miracles and synchronicities happen on a daily basis.

We all have a wide choice of possible realities, the most pleasant being the one in the highest level of consciousness.

I sincerely hope that you live your best possible version of reality in this life and that you experience your own holiness, your creative powers and divine miracles.

Introduction

Some of my books seem to be "alive". I usually read spiritual books very intensively and wrote down the important things. I often picked up these books again years later to look something up and had the feeling that I was receiving completely new information. Many of my clients tell me that they only understood about thirty percent of what I taught them at first. Over time, the understanding grows.

I had the same experience with one of my spiritual teachers in England. It couldn't really have been due to my lack of English, as I had already been living in England for several years at that time. Before that, I had spent almost a year as an exchange student at High School in Virginia, USA. Later I studied English and German literature and linguistics at three different universities.

It was the frequency that I couldn't understand, even though I had already dealt with spiritual topics as a teenager. I did my first training in astrology and card reading when I was eighteen and was already reading cards for clients while I was still at school. At that time I was not yet aware of my clairvoyance, but I could see the card picture as a whole and people were enthusiastic and often came back.

My paternal grandfather was a healer in Hamburg; I learned a lot about his healing successes from the family.

The healer's crisis

It is said that there is no healer without a crisis. As you are reading these lines, you probably set out a long time ago in search of something that really works, that is simple and that brings you permanently into the direct experience of happiness, into unconditional love and into inner and outer peace. It is quite possible that you have dealt with all the theories of successful manifesting and have also had successes, but these may not have lasted.

Some also call this crisis the "shamanic crisis". We discover that there is more than the "normal world". We try out a few things, e.g. meditation, coaching, sessions with spiritual teachers, the effect of healing stones, etc., have amazing experiences, miracles happened, we are inspired and curious.

Then either something happened that frightened you - you may have had a powerful experience with energy work or made contact with the afterlife yourself or even experienced a spontaneous healing - or you are frustrated because you have tried so much and the desired results have not yet materialized. So you distanced yourself from "all that".

The ego structures do a lot to prevent us from expanding our consciousness as much as possible, as they want to control everything and are very limited. However, the divine and love cannot be controlled by the mind or ego structures. So you leave "all that" and get into a crisis. I have actually never met a healer who didn't have a crisis.

Depression is always a call from the soul to get back on the path of the soul, on the path back home - to unity with God, to love, joy, peace and the miracle level. Depression has something to do with being "pushed down", figuratively you can imagine that you have been "pushed down" from the most glorious possibility of reality.

My crisis was triggered when I was 21 years old. I only told one person that I had intuitively received the information that my father would die soon, I was given an exact date. At the time, he didn't seem ill at all.

In retrospect, I am very grateful for the information, because otherwise I would not have spent the last few weeks with him so intensively, in my immaturity at the time, and would have been very shocked. In this respect, the information was helpful.

He didn't die on the exact day I was given, but three days later. On that day he was put into an induced coma. From the perspective of the spiritual world, that was probably the day of his transition. I didn't tell my father about my 'knowledge'. He felt very well in the last weeks of his life, was cheerful and we ordered presents for the doctors and nurses from his hospital bed. Fortunately, I was able to be with him so much, even though he spent his last weeks in a hospital about 150 km from where we lived.

This knowledge of the date of his death was the trigger for my crisis. I was afraid of "all that", got depressed and started studying something that had never called to me, except that I always liked to read a lot and reading was part of studying literature.

In my practice, I never receive information about the time of death as it is not relevant to my work. Only with some of my clients' pets did I receive information that these animals still had a few good years ahead of them, even though they were ill at the time and the owners were about to have them euthanized.

I married very young, someone who certainly wouldn't take me back to "all that", a Scottish engineer who was an officer in the British Army.

Over the years, I very slowly came out of the depression, but "something" remained for a long time and was healed much later.

Today I am very grateful for the depression.

I remember my father's girlfriend; a beautiful lady who worked as a teacher, with two sons. She had depression. At the time, I couldn't understand why she suffered from anxiety.

When someone comes to me today with panic attacks, claustrophobia, fear of heights, fear of death and the like, I know exactly how it feels.

In my opinion, depression can be cured easily and quickly. It is just a call of the soul to go back inside, to come into the heart. They are not hereditary, as many people think, but due to karma they can run through family lines, which can look like "heredity". In addition, traumas can be passed down through generations in the family, which is in line with current research findings.

In the years that followed, my inner compass, which is set to God, love and unity, turned itself on again. The inner emptiness as an "Army Wife", with superficial encounters and constant relocations, was almost unbearable.

I started reading books about the Aborigines, Hopi, Maya, Hindus, Buddhists, Kahuna, about Feng Shui and psychological guides, but nothing satisfied my longing for inner peace. I went to church every Sunday, but didn't find what I was looking for there either.

I read about meditation and began to meditate to calm my thoughts and thus became calmer myself. During this time I met a British clairvoyant/healer/medium. I learned from her over the next 15 years. She often lived with us in our house, as she was the most popular clairvoyant among the British stationed at the time in Germany.

I was often afraid at first that she might bring "ghosts" into the house – which she did, of course! I was fascinated by the details she saw.

I also began to seek out other clairvoyants. Some told me that I would also become a clairvoyant and healer one day. Seven clairvoyants told me that I would pass my Master in Translation, which I was doing in England at the time. None of them predicted that this would only happen at the second attempt, a year after the first "try". That made me doubt "all that" again. But I needed exactly this experience. Today I know that clairvoyants see the end results and often not the intermediate steps that are important for our development.

I worked for several years as a certified translator, court and police interpreter and was still searching. In the early 2000s, when my younger son was about three years old, an acquaintance asked me if I would like to do a Feng Shui training with her to become a Feng Shui consultant. It was pretty much the most impossible thing I could have done with two small children and a husband who wouldn't support me in any way.

But it felt right to take this step. So I borrowed the 7,000 Euros I needed, including childcare, and started the course.

I was there on time for every one week long block of lessons, everything worked out perfectly, including the supervision of my sons. I was very nervous before the final exam, I wanted this diploma so badly and cried tears of joy when I held it in my hands. Something impossible had become possible.

There is actually a law that says that we achieve everything that we make our highest goal. However, I didn't know anything about this at the time.

If you are perhaps thinking about working in the spiritual field and to make use of the unique abilities you have brought into this life, you can find various training courses on my website www.annadoll.de. Distance learning is possible for each qualification. I include a discount code at the end of the book.

The secret of allowing

The Feng Shui training, which was conducted by a teacher who had studied at Dr. Yes Lim's "Qi Mag Institute", included not only Feng Shui but also a lot of self-therapy work, shedding old patterns and belief systems, kinesiology, self-reflection, biosynergetics, practising telepathy with each other and the „mirror law method“.

This is based on the realization that everything on the outside is just a projection or reflection of our inside and vice versa. We therefore create our own little universe through the conscious and, above all, the subconscious beliefs/contexts, judgments, convictions, patterns etc. we carry within us. What is stored in our subconscious plays a much greater role in this.

We have a lot of things in our external reality that we have made harsh judgments about. For me, for example, it was the issue of stinginess. I asked myself what I should have to do with the topic of stinginess if someone in my life is stingy in my opinion?

This statement corresponds to the latest research findings in quantum physics and was proven in the laboratory a few years ago. Please also see the movie/book "What the Bleep do we know?" in which the latest research of severel quantum physicists is shown. The plot of the movie is not so gripping. But the makers of the movie did this intentionally. Thinking about the fact that the plot is not so gripping keeps the ego structures busy criticizing, so that the inner wisdom can absorb the information "undisturbed". It is similar with this book. It is neither perfectly written nor well structured, which, if present, keeps resistance energies in analyzing and criticizing and gives the opportunity to read with the heart and to feel the healing codes activated in this book.
