In my country, Nigeria, we have three major tribes namely the Hausa's, the Yoruba's and the Ibo's. The Ibo men are looking for money and they have it. Yoruba men are looking for education and they have it. Hausa men are looking for power and they have it. But the Hausa men are controlling both those with money and those with certificates. A man in power can control a man with money and with degrees. You can hate a man with power but you are still under him. You can speak grammar more than him but you are still under him. Just one decision he will make can affect your source of money. That is why Jesus did not promise His disciples money or scholarships. But he said: '' And ye shall receive power……… Because He understands that there are powers of darkness that are on assignment against our lives. Do not just pray for promotion in the office. Pray for promotion in the school of power. No matter how religious you are, Pharaoh won't let you go without a demonstration of power. Your grammar, your education or your money makes no difference. Friend, the kingdom of God is not in words, but in the demonstration of the Spirit and of POWER! (1 Cor.2:4). The power I am talking about is the RESURRECTION POWER! In the book of John 11:25, ''Jesus said unto her (Martha), I am the resurrection and the life; he that believeth in me though he were died, yet shall he live.'' The resurrection power is the power that makes alive! It is the power that creates! It is the power that will ascend you to glory! This power will give you ceaseless open doors, breakthroughs and victory in life! The resurrection Power is not a theology; it is a person. The resurrection power is the ultimate power for the believers! In this book, you are going to have an unforgettable encounter with His resurrection power. Can you cry to heaven for His power this day?

What is the power of His Resurrection?
Resurrection is the concept of coming back to life after death. In the Bible, the word translated as “resurrection” comes from the Greek, a·naʹsta·sis, which means “raising up” or “standing up again.” A person who is resurrected is raised up from death and restored to life as the person he was before. The physical resurrection of Christ is the cornerstone of our faith. Without it, Christianity crumbles. As a matter of truth, there will not be Christianity if there is no resurrection. Our culture frequently denies the bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ due to a bias against miracles. It is common for non-Christian and cultism to deny the physical resurrection of Christ as well. For these reasons, we must be equipped to defend this essential of essentials. To do so, let's look back at the Biblical and historical records of Christ's resurrection.
First, the physical resurrection of Christ is affirmed in the canon of Scripture. When the Jewish leaders asked for a miraculous sign, Jesus answered, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days" (John 2:19). Scripture confirms that the temple He was speaking of was the temple of His own body (see v.21). John states: "That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked at and our hands have touched -- this we proclaim concerning [Jesus] the Word of Life" (1 John 1:1).
Which he suffered; with which also he ascended into heaven, and there sitteth at the right hand of the Father."
Finally, the characteristics of Christ's body bear eloquent truth to his physical resurrection. Jesus invited the disciples to examine His resurrected body so that they would know beyond the shadow of a doubt that it was the exact same one that had been fatally tormented. He also ate food as proof of the nature of His resurrected body.
Jesus provided the final exclamation mark for His physical resurrection by telling the disciples that His resurrected body was comprised of
"flesh and bones." "Touch me and see;" He says, "a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have" (Luke 24:39).

36 While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
37 They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. 38 He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your minds? 39 Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”
40 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet. 41 And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish, 43 and he took it and ate it in their presence.
44 He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.”
45 Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.46 He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47 and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.48 You are witnesses of these things. 49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”
The resurrection power is a power that will arrest the power of death and hell. The most powerful force in the universe is the resurrection power. It is powerful than the nuclear power. It can kill and make alive. It can destroy and repaired. It releases people from bondage. This power can perform supernatural miracles. I call it, the power of the highest.
There is no power anywhere that can defeat the power of resurrection!
There is no power anywhere that can chain the power of resurrection!
There is no power anywhere that can embarrass the power of resurrection!
There is no power anywhere that can insult the power of resurrection.
The resurrection power is the ultimate power for the believer!
Jesus said unto her, (Martha) I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were died, yet shall he live. John 11:25
Paul said:
That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. (Philippians 3:10).
Another translation says:
That I may know Jesus and experience the His resurrection power……….
From scriptures, we discover that the power of Jesus’ resurrection is ordained for the supernatural restoration of our redemptive dignity.
This power will wake up dead virtues.
