Titre Ande is the Bishop of Aru Diocese in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and a member of the Inter-Anglican Standing Commission for Unity, Faith and Order (IASCUFO). He was principal of the Anglican Theological College in Congo and has a doctorate from Birmingham University in the United Kingdom.
The Most Rev. Dr. Mouneer Hanna Anis is currently the Bishop of the Episcopal/Anglican Diocese of Egypt with North Africa and the Horn of Africa, as well as the President Bishop of the Episcopal/Anglican Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East. He is married and has two sons.
Katharine E. Babson is a priest of the Episcopal Church, past Episcopal Church missionary to the Church of the Province of Myanmar, adjunct faculty member in Mission and World Religion at Virginia Theological Seminary, and trustee of the Cetana Foundation, which supports advanced educational opportunity for Myanmar students whose professional skills will enhance their country’s future hope. She has worked and traveled extensively in Myanmar since 1994.
The Rev. Dr. Ricardo F. Blanco-Beledo is a priest in the Diocese of Mexico, Anglican Church of Mexico. He is ecumenical chaplain of the Theological Community of Mexico; professor in the College of Philosophy, Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, at UNAM (Autonomous National University of Mexico); and a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst. He is the author or editor of numerous books and articles in national and international journals.
A. Hugo Blankingship, Jr. is the chancellor and deputy chair for the Anglican Church in North America. He trained and practiced as a lawyer in Northern Virginia for 55 years, and is a past president of both the Virginia Bar Association and the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners. He is the son of the Rt. Rev. Alexander Hugo Blankingship, who was Bishop of Cuba from 1939 to 1961. He has earned a BA from the University of Virginia and an LLB from the University of Virginia School of Law. Previously, he served on the boards of trustees for Episcopal High School, Virginia Theological Seminary, and Trinity School for Ministry, and as chancellor for the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia.
The Rev. Gustavo L. Castello Branco is Brazilian and is currently the rector of Paroquia Anglicana Cristo Libertador (Anglican Parish of Christ the Liberator), in the city of João Pessoa, in the Diocese of Recife. He also works as a lawyer. Gustavo earned his masters’ degree in theology (Church History Concentration) in 2007 at Trinity School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA.
Christopher Byaruhanga is the professor of historical and systematic theology at Uganda Christian University. He holds a ThD from the General Theological Seminary in New York City. His publications include Bishop Alfred Robert Tucker and the Establishment of the African Anglican Church (Nairobi: WordAlive, 2008); Christian Theology for University Students (Kampala: Wavah Books Limited, 2005). Awards he has received include the 2005/06 Saint Luke Project Scholar (OMSC, New Haven, CT); 2009 John Jay Institute of Faith, Law and Society fellow (Colorado Springs, CO); and 2010 Washington Scholar (Family Research Council, Washington, DC).
Gregory K. Cameron is the Bishop of St. Asaph in the Church in Wales. He was deputy general secretary of the Anglican Communion between 2003 and 2009, in which capacity he served as director of Ecumenical Relations, and secretary of the Lambeth Commission on Communion which produced the Windsor Report. In 2007, he was awarded an honorary Doctorate of Divinity by the Episcopal Divinity School in honor of his commitment to reconciliation in the Anglican Communion.
