As a child I wanted to be an engineer. That's how it happened. In 1989 I took a position as a project engineer in the U.S. Armed Forces. In 1992, due to good performance, I was promoted to supervisor and in 1997 to deputy director. Personnel leadership and management require special skills and social skills. For decades my work was highly valued by the garrison leadership. In 2020, the last director, a narcissist driven by destructive envy, decided to bully me. I became a writer because it gives me the opportunity to get justice and stop him through my book "When Bullying is a Top Priority".
