Even the ‘odd’ ones can even things out eventually.
Some stories begin, other end. Some stories have both a beginning and an end, for others you don’t know how they began, but it’s clear that they are over. I like those that begin and perhaps never end, like the waves of the sea, that continue to roll even if you go away. And if you’re back, you’re sure that you’ll still find them there. They are never ending and they will always be there. They will only stop if all the wind in the world stops, but as long as there’s a world, this won’t happen. So you may be sure that someone will always tell tales on the waves and the sea, on the clouds and the rain, on friendship and even on Christmas.
The stories of Santa Claus, the land he lives in and his little helpers have been told for a long time now. They have been told by many over the years: some are funny, others are moving, they all are very interesting.
What can positively be said with a degree of certainty is that there is a land, where many elves work in Santa Claus’ workshop to build toys for all the children of the world.
Generally elves are all small, with pointed ears and curly toed slippers, to easily slide in the snow. The slippers are the same colour of their hat, almost always, so that they have no matching problem.
This tale as well talks about Christmas, in particular about a special elf named Aryn.
