Dear reader!

Welcome to a journey through time through various advanced civilizations from Atlantis to Egypt and up to the present day. First let me point out that this is not just another esoteric entertainment book. Instead it is meant as an inspiration, a wake-up call to create the much needed new consciousness in this world. Enriched with many exercises, it is above all meant to be a book of transformation. The title was therefore chosen deliberately to evoke a memory that spans space and time. The term esotericism has increasingly gained a negative connotation, not least because of the multi-layered New Age movement of the past decades. I would like to distance myself from any stereotypical thinking of this kind. The term esotericism, which originates from ancient Greek, merely describes an ideological philosophy that deals with holistic, consciousness-raising and metaphysical teachings for the self-knowledge and self-realization of human beings. In ancient times, esotericism was the secret knowledge of initiates. Exotericism is to be understood as the generally accessible knowledge of uninitiated people.

I do not belong to any religious, political or other group. I am a person with medial abilities in pursuit of the goal of establishing a new consciousness for this Earth. It is possible that you may encounter passages in this book that do not correspond to your previous thinking or view of the world. Numerous passages are based on readings in my clients' field of consciousness or on channeling through the spiritual world. They can therefore not be proven on the basis of classical archaeological or bibliographical findings or researched in scientific studies. That is the reason I would like to ask you to take from this what feels right to you.

Allow yourself to read this book less with your mind but rather with your consciousness and your heart in order to perceive where it resonates in you. The law of resonance says that like attracts like. And you must have felt a resonance within you because otherwise you would not be reading this book right now. I have written it with a dash of humor in some passages and hope that I can bring a smile to your face from time to time.

It is intended not only as a work of knowledge transfer, but also as a guide for your own transformation processes. You will find the corresponding instruction texts in the corresponding chapters. I would like to take the time here to appeal to your sense of personal responsibility. Of course I cannot and must not promise healing. So these exercises, instructions and meditations are provided without a guarantee. Everybody is at a certain point in their life. No one will have exactly the same reaction to interventions of change and experience them subconsciously in the same way that you do. It is always an individual process. It is my intention to create consciousness by allowing me to touch people like you with words. I am inviting you to let yourself be touched to get reconnected to your own truth and wisdom!

A small note on the wording: To promote the flow of reading, I will refer to the reader in the masculine form in the text. But I am, of course, also addressing my female readers.

How this book came about to be

Thank you for reading this book! It means a lot to me because with it, I am living a part of my soul mission to be allowed to share this knowledge with others. The fact that you can hold the book in your hands required many years of maturing and experience on my part. The knowledge it contains originates from subjects that I have dealt with throughout my life, my own life story, my long years of experience as a natural health professional, coach, seminar leader – as well as my innate medial ability. I have been given a gift that enables me to read in the soul fields of people. In my practice, I have observed similar phenomena in many people during the years of my work. One of them is the "enigma" Atlantis.

Many people apparently carry primal information of this in themselves – a timeless memory. This is often linked to indefinable trauma and a deep imprinting of guilt. How can so many people remember the same phenomenon or at least have a similar notion of it? Since these signatures in the soul field are so similar in many people, I wondered where they come from. My soul readings always gave me the answer through the consciousness field of the person I was reading. So I understood that Atlantis as an advanced civilization must have actually existed. After all, it is still accessible as a stored experience in the collective body of people today.

It is not fundamentally important for me to discuss where Atlantis might have been located geographically and how big a continent it was. Numerous people before me have dealt with this and there is literature about it.

In this book, I am writing about the practical experiences of many clients whose soul fields I was allowed to search for information. Part of it is channeled information, which was given to me by my spirit guide and ascended Master Isis. She encouraged me to make this knowledge available to people again today, so that their soul fields may heal. Of course, there is no scientific basis for this. Nor do I claim to know the sole truth about it. Much of this is based on a combination of assumptions and interpretations from my point of view. And also on experience in transformation work with many people as well as medial messages from the spiritual world.

In the following I would like to tell you a little bit about my personal story. I grew up in an idyllic small town in Upper Bavaria. You could say that in this rural area, "the world seemed still in order” at that time. Naturally, our environment included a cultural and – as is customary in Upper Bavaria – traditional Christian way of life and thinking. But I was very fortunate that my father, a very down-to-Earth man, who was a heating engineer and vocational school teacher, had a very close connection to nature and creation. He was a free spirit, with a very mysticalmedial mind. And above all, in his time, he was someone who had the courage to live this knowledge as a matter of course. In the early 1980s, he studied the teachings of Dr. Joseph Murphy1, spiritual healing and other paranormal phenomena and healing method, which were still considered to be very occult then. He was a passionate dowser, could heal with his hands without ever having received a Reiki initiation or anything like that. He also had a great knowledge of medicinal plants as well as a very wellfunctioning medial access to the spiritual world. He showed me what it is like to move in two different worlds. Many gifts of my ancestors were therefore already given to me at birth. I could read in the "fields" of people and in the collective. Nowadays, I call them fields of consciousness or soul fields. I was given information on this that no one else could know. But in my childhood, I was confronted again and again with the fact that other people were unable to perceive what I saw; and to cut a long story short: I did not doubt their perception but instead questioned my own. I was convinced that there was something wrong with me and I shut off this gift deep inside of me. Splitting off this gift created many painful experiences later on in my life. So during these crises sent to me for salvation I was allowed to recognize these soul lessons as a wake-up call for my medial knowledge and consciousness in order to live it as a soul mission to benefit mankind. As a child, I had always been aware that we are defined not only by being human and being here, but that there is a far greater force that works through us and guides us. No matter what we call this force.

My insight was: Man is not God, but we do come from a divine source. But what have we committed and done for us to obviously be so separated from the memory of this divine origin and to no longer have access to it? What keeps us in a timeless state of shock allowing us to forget who we really are?

In my search for answers to my questions that no one could answer, I have dealt with many mysteries of humanity throughout my life. Among them, of course, the legend of Atlantis. This search has always made me ponder the questions: Where do we come from? Why are we here? What is the purpose of our existence? What is our mission if God has created us? My list of questions was endless. Out of the desire to understand and explore the mystery of the life and existence of human beings, I have always followed this call. This also made my chose to become a natural health professional so I could accompany people in their transformation processes. To allow me to grasp the human being, his soul in his being as a great miracle. My gift helps me here to be able to read in fields of consciousness. I would now like to invite you to the journey “Atlantis 2.0”. I hope that you will gain insights for yourself and that your thinking and feeling can be transformed while you are reading.

May you, dear reader, come into contact with a much greater truth within you!

May you recognize your own greatness and power within and the knowledge that we as human beings are much more than just this body!

The legend and myth of Atlantis

A lot of research has been done and published on Atlantis. Did this continent really exist? Where could it have been? It is assumed that the name Atlantic Ocean was derived from it. In ancient times, there were already reports of a continent in the Atlantic Ocean. Plato, who was born around 428 BC, was a Greek philosopher and a student of Socrates. He was the first to mention a mystical island kingdom again. However, his writings were very controversial and were at some time forgotten. In modern times, especially when America was discovered in 1492, the legend was revived and offered room for speculation. It was assumed that the then newly discovered America could have been a remnant of Atlantis. It is also further assumed that the Azores, the Canary Islands and Madeira could be offshoots of the original powerful and gigantic island kingdom.

Science will certainly never be able to find out and prove whether Atlantis ever really existed, what it looked like and what kind of people lived there. But in our minds we accept the legend of Atlantis. This concept leaves a lot of room for interpretation. Interestingly, this vision, as we want to see Atlantis, very stubbornly persists in our ideas. Where does this supposed knowledge come from? Is it possible that we partly remember it in the timeless consciousness of our souls?

Timeless visions of seers, healers and medially gifted people make similar statements. It is like an original paradigm in the soul field of many people. I am inviting you to a renewed encounter with Atlantis with the request to not try to grasp it with your rational mind, but to let your heart energy help you determine if and where you feel the effect of resonance. Take a deep breath and let’s start our journey through time…

In the field of consciousness of the “healed Atlantis” it could be described like this: More than 26,000 years ago there was a very large continent called Atlantis. Atlantis was a paradise on Earth, perfect and as if created by the hand of God. It was an advanced civilization of gods. Beings with a high consciousness lived there. They were originally a highly developed and technologically advanced star race that wanted to anchor this knowledge and consciousness from another dimension on Earth. Their goal was to lift the wonderful blue planet’s vibration as part of the cosmos, to inspire it with creation consciousness and to connect it with the great whole. One can perhaps call Atlanteans “God-men”. They were privy to all the secrets of creation and incarnated in this consciousness as human souls to continue their development and establish Earth’s vibration in a higher dimension. This high culture of spirit beings intended to bring a new civilization to Earth. Atlanteans were connected with creation and the laws of nature. For them, Earth was a biological being, and they venerated it in respect, not as their property.

They carried the knowledge of initiates and had healing methods like telepathy, healing magnetism and spiritual healing on a very high level of consciousness. They were also highly technical with methods that could, among other things, deactivate the gravitational force in order to undertake time travel. Their technologies enabled them to travel to other planets. They worked on Earth's magnetic field to maintain and shape this habitat. Numerous arts and sciences were practiced there, which are inaccessible to us to this day. We might call this “free energy” these days. Everything was available in abundance.

Atlanteans were always and at all times aware of their power, their work, their feelings and their high spiritual energy. They knew about the spiritual-karmic laws. Base feelings like envy, avarice, greed and abusiveness did not exist, because they would have weakened personal energy fields and those of others significantly. Atlanteans used a universal energy and not an ego as it was not included in their perception. They were able to communicate telepathically and move through teleportation. One might think of it as “beaming”. This made it was possible for them to be in several places at once, always connected to the entire universe. This moving without vehicles worked via levitation beams. They also were in touch with other star peoples like the Pleiades, the Sirians, the Hathors and the Arcturians.

As a people they guarded the universe with other star races, they could open and close dimensional and star gates. They themselves came from a high civilization in order to bring to Earth a far advanced technology from another dimension, which is completely beyond our imagination today. Atlanteans were not so much physical people as an energy field that had materialized in human form. They could apparently materialize and dematerialize. They also had full access to a healed DNA through which they were able to live this high consciousness. They were also able to communicate without words by reading in each other's energy fields.

There were healing arts of all kinds, but especially access to frequencies, sounds, cosmic and geometrical symbols and communication with crystals. They communicated with the creator through their heart center and were thus always connected to the highest level of consciousness in their light channel. When healing was necessary, they used their high consciousness and changed the energy field of the person or place to be healed with frequencies and vibration. They knew that the universe consisted of vibration and frequency, and also that frequencies could be used to heal – but also kill – a person. There was no government in Atlantis. All decisions were made jointly after the “High council” had met on the subject.

Atlanteans were filled with joy and lived in harmony with creation. They knew that hurting creation would hurt them. No animals were eaten because they were considered to be holy fellow creatures. By consuming animals, they would have absorbed the adrenaline released during the mortal fear of the animals and thus drastically reduced their own vibration. The Atlantean diet was very varied. Atlanteans basically subsisted on pure cosmic light in their energy systems. But the consumption of physical food was also of great importance. On Atlantis a variety of vegetation served as food. Fruit, vegetables and cereals were also cultivated in nurseries. Atlanteans would today be considered to be vegetarians. They would never have absorbed anything that reduced their own vibration. Food was always provided with a high frequency of light to nourish and increase the own light in the physical body.

Food was pure and of high energy quality. Genetic manipulation to increase the yield would never have been considered; everything was available unadulterated and in abundance. Through the pure and conscious intake of food their bodies were not poisoned or contaminated. Another important factor was the intake of clear and pure water. It was considered to be the life elixir of creation, which keeps one's own energy body clean and clear. Whenever a festival was celebrated in Atlantis, a miles long buffet of food was created. Everyone brought dishes prepared with love and according to recipes that were received medially. They were always prepared for the highest well-being of the physical bodies and were a delight of life enjoyment, gratitude and constant respect for creation. Atlanteans loved to celebrate with music and sacred sounds. Everyone was welcome at all times. There were no elites who wanted to be among themselves and who distanced themselves from the community. Payment means or a currency and pension system were unnecessary, because everything was available in abundance and everyone was taken care of. Everyone took as much as they needed and there were no shortages.

It was in the Atlanteans’ interest to keep the planet clean of base energies and vibrations. They did not market raw materials by exploiting Earth and they knew neither the desire for power nor greed. Everything was always available in abundance and accessible to everyone as common property. Everyone was always well taken care of.

Atlanteans also had no concept of class or ego behavior. All of this would have harmed each individual and the collective. There was no work in Atlantis the way we know it today. Every activity was always oriented towards the community and in the joy of being a part of God on Earth. They never experienced themselves as separated from God the creator and creation. They also knew about their almighty powers and guarded them with great care and responsibility against manipulation and foreign energies. Their ultimate goal was global enlightenment. They were medial masters and always in touch with their higher soul-self and the universal Akasha, the cosmic field of consciousness. Through their higher perception they united the impulse of creation within themselves; they experienced themselves as the light of the divine.

When a couple had found each other, they asked the high council to approve the marriage. Sexuality was not a taboo, but a sacred act to unite the male and female channels of God. Newborn children were always a reason for a big celebration. They were always introduced to the elements and dedicated to creation. Children were the most sacred possessions of Atlanteans, because they were willingly expected. Each child was thus a conscious manifestation of the soul and therefore a “planned child” with a special task and a blessing for the collective. Children in their purity were deemed to be the physical manifestation of the divine in mankind. Atlanteans also knew that great souls always incarnated as children and so they were always of equal value and on equal terms with their children. Children were given special energetic care in order to protect them from energy loss. Children of all ages were taught in kindergartens and schools. They learned without pressure and in harmony with nature, the elements and the laws of astrology and cosmos. This was followed by initiations into various arts and energetic skills according to age. There were many different departments in Atlantis, all of which were led and directed by high priests or priestesses. Here are some of the departments:

department of school and education, communication, architecture, philosophy, psychology, astrology, librarianship, healing arts, telepathy, crystal healing, sound healing, spiritual healing, mediality, ritual work, intuition training, manifestation arts, meditation, energy body knowledge, natural sciences, weaving, technology and engineering, spiritual education, reincarnation, magnetism, nutrition, animal communication, gardening and agriculture, herbal medicine, plant communication, astronomy and much more.
