This book, "Faithful Foundations: Attitudes for Christian Success," explores five pillars that form the bedrock of a thriving Christian life: praising God, praying and fasting, giving, evangelism, and reading the Bible. Drawing inspiration from the sacred scriptures, we delve into the transformative power of these attitudes, inviting believers to cultivate a mindset that transcends mere success, reaching toward spiritual abundance.

Being successful and being blessed cannot be separated; we Christians too should strive toward being blessed, if we are not doing so already.

We may pray as if the world would end tomorrow, but are we putting other things into proper perspective? It is assumed that as Christians, the clear constant is righteousness (Matthew 6:33).

When we are immersed in righteousness, we still need to do a whole lot of things for God’s blessings to prevail in our lives. Here are five key attitudes for being blessed.

Psalms 100:4 resonates as we explore the first pillar, praising God: "Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name." The second pillar, prayer and fasting, finds its roots in Matthew 6:16-18, where Jesus instructs, "But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret."
