Linda P. Melton is a born-again, Blood-washed, Blood-bought, and Spirt-filled with
evidence of speaking in tongue. This transformation took place in September, 1987.
Actually, this is when my life began with a relationship/fellowship with Father God
through the Holy Spirit. There was a measure of Faith that was given and it was
nourished through reading, studying, and meditating The Word of God. By spending
time in the Word, it really helped me gain a closeness and increased my walk as a “Child
of The Living God”; who resides on the inside of me.
By God’s Grace, there I was taught about Revelation, Discernment, Enlightenment, what
Faith and Hope is, being a Citizen of the Kingdom of God, operating in and through me.
I thank God for my Pastor/Apostle Dr. Leroy Thompson, Sr. who teaches the Word Of
God with clarity. Thereby, I as an individual can apply what I have been equipped with
through the teachings as the Holy Spirit flows through Apostle It’s up to Linda to prepare
through Prayer, Praise, and Worship before Service, I come to listen with an “expectancy
to hear and see Spiritually through the assistance of the Holy Ghost” what The Lord
God is saying to me personally. Therefore, Linda is equipped to apply what she has been
taught through the Word of God and allow the Holy Spirit to MANIFEST.

A MESSAGE TO MY APOSTLE

As a student/spiritual daughter, who comes with ears to hear (spiritually) and eyes to see with expectancy from the Supernatural Level as my Apostle comes out to speak as He hears from the Holy Spirit what Divine Secrets to impart and impregnate the womb of our spirit as the Soil is tilled and ready to “Seal The Living Word” as it flows from the “Rivers of Living Water” pouring from Apostle’s mouth (as The Holy Spirit wills). I truly believe, embrace and fully persuaded that every WORD is settled and washed in the Precious Blood of Jesus, grounded, rooted and established; in order to equip and nourish and fill me (as a Kingdom Citizen, Child of God) is filled to the very brim thereby, His Chosen Vessel, (Linda P. Melton) can flow and operate in the Kingdom as He (Father God) has designed and assigned to do. In this process of flowing in the Kingdom of God, the Holy Spirit assists Linda to come to the Absolute Truth and Faith of God through Inspiration, Impartation, and Enlightenment.

As the writer, I am truly persuaded and sold out that the Same Spirit that raised Jesus, (my Elder Brother from the dead), resides on the inside of me with Power, Authority, and the Abilities of God (All that God is, all that God has, all that God can do), Hallelujah. Furthermore, I am fully persuaded Jesus, my Elder Brother; who purchased me with His Precious Blood, He hath and unceasingly Delivers me, Heals me, Sanctifies me, and Redeems me from the hand of the enemy. My Father leads me besides the Still Waters, Restoreth my Soul, prepared a Table for me (a Prepared child with a Prepared Seat at the Table before my enemies. He Anoints my Head with Oil, makes sure Goodness and Mercies shall follow me all the days of my life. I thank my Father that He provided that the Holy Spirit shall lead, guide, and instruct me, my children, and my grandchildren every minute of the day in Jesus’ Name.

I want to say, “Thank You Apostle for giving me your all when you get up to the Podium every Sunday and Wednesday to speak and your obedience to the Hoy Spirit as He operates andflow to and through you. There’s an Agreement and rumbling in my spirit man that I am beingfilled with Supernatural Food; that’s why You hear me say “MY, MY, MY, MY, MY (flowing and rumbling from the depths of my spirit of agreement of what I’m hearing and seeing because the Holy Spirit is opening the chambers of my Inner Man to receive). It’s not a cliché or slogan, I am saying “I am in total agreement and its being confirmed what I have studied and meditated on before I attend Service. I GIVE UNTO Him ALL THE GLORY AND HONOR, IN JESUS NAME”

A SPECIAL DEDICATION TO Irma Marie Perkins Brown

“MOUNTAIN TOP”

To my second to the eldest Sister, Irma Marie Brown, also known as “mountain top” to many as she proclaimed herself. She was my personal alarm clock in my early working days. She would wake me up, then call right back to make sure I was up, then call back again to make sure I was out off the garage to pick up those babies. One who would never complain about working herself, and was ready to help others readily. She loved her children dearly and was there 100 percent, and ever-more for her grandchildren. The first rendition of “I Chose To” was when I was asked to speak at her Funeral Service, I was like okay God, I need you Now! I knew I needed the strength to speak, yet I didn’t have a topic. When I began to pray at the Hotel the day of her Service, the Lord ushered me to the Computer room downstairs and He said unto me “I CHOSE TO”. I asked the Lord, “what do You mean?” The portals were opened and He reminded me that Irma had her mind and heart fixed to come home. She refused any treatments and was ready to wait on the Lord to allow her to come Home.

I remembered I had been to Church Service and I went to Donaldsonville to visit her and she laid her head on my shoulder for awhile and then went and laid down. She told me “I had better get off that road before it get too dark. Well, before I can get half-way the Causeway, she had transitioned home.
