It was morning. Jimmy woke up and sat on his bed.

إِسْتَيْقَظَ جِيمِي فِي الَّصَّبَاح و جَلَسَ عَلى سَرِيرِهِ.

“Something feels strange,” he thought and looked around.

فَكَّرَ جِيمِي: " أَشْعُرُ بِشَيءٍ غَرِيبٍ" ثُمَّ نَظَرَ حَولَهُ.

His favorite teddy bear was lying beside him, and his two older brothers were sleeping peacefully in their beds.

كَانَ دُبُهُ المَّحشُّو المُفَضَل يَسْتَلْقِي بِجِوارِهِ، و أَخَواه الأكْبَرَانِ يَنَامَانِ بِسَلَامٍ فِي فِرَاشِهِمَا.

Everything looked normal – but he still felt that something was wrong.

كُلُّ شَيءٍ بَدَى طَبِيعِيًّا، لكنَّهُ لا يَزَالُ يَشعُرُ بِأن هُنَالِكَ شَيءٌ لَيسَ عَلَى مَا يُرَام.

Jimmy hopped off his bed and began to walk around the room.

قَفَزَ جيمي مِنْ عَلَى فِرَاشِهِ وبَدأ بالمَشيِّ حَولَ الغُرْفَةِ.

He opened the closet and looked inside, everything seemed normal.

فَتَحَ خِزَانَةِ المَلَابِسَ وَنَظَرَ بِدَاخِلِها، بدَا كُلُّ شَيءِ طَبِيعِيًّا.

Jimmy started walking back to his bed, when he happened to glance out the window.

عِندَمَا كَانَ جِيمِي رَاجِعًا إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ، أَلْقَى نَظْرَةً خَاطِفَةً مِنَ النَّافِذَةِ.

“Wohoooo!” he yelled, unable to hold his excitement.

صَاحَ: "ووهوووووو"، غَيْرَ قَادِرٍ عَلَى إخْفَاءِ حَمَاسِهِ.

“What happened?” asked his older brother as he stretched in his bed.

"ما الَّذي حَدَث؟" سَأَلَهُ أَخُوهُ الأَكبَرُ وَهُوَ يَتَمَدَّدُ فِي فِرَاشِهِ.

“Why are you so loud?” added his middle brother, slightly opening his eyes.
