Beschreibung

Whenever we try to understand life, the supernatural, we run into a series of concepts. Some say that hell exists, another that reincarnation is the truth, others believe only in resurrection and still others believe that when we die everything is over. Religions are based on concepts and interpretations of their leaders. But what is the truth if it has several points of view? The truth is in the Torah and in the other books of the bible. But how can I understand the bible if it points in different directions, at least that s what we see about different interpretations of the trinity, free will and the prophecies of the end? The path is for us to meditate connected to the Eternal by pronouncing their sacred names. It is he, through the Ruach Kadosh, his spirit, who will reveal his secrets to us and direct us to the path of infinite light. This means that we have to escape the concepts created by religions and seek the way to paradise in the Creator. This work teaches you how to meditate and how to connect to the divine in the silence of your room.

INTRODUCTION

Whenever we try to understand life, the supernatural, we run into a series of concepts. Some say that hell exists, another that reincarnation is the truth, others believe only in resurrection and still others believe that when we die everything is over.

Religions are based on concepts and interpretations of their leaders. But what is the truth if it has several points of view?

The truth is in the Torah and in the other books of the bible. But how can I understand the bible if it points in different directions, at least that's what we see about different interpretations of the trinity, free will and the prophecies of the end?

The path is for us to meditate connected to the Eternal by pronouncing their sacred names. It is he, through the Ruach Kadosh, his spirit, who will reveal his secrets to us and direct us to the path of infinite light.

This means that we have to escape the concepts created by religions and seek the way to paradise in the Creator.

This work teaches you how to meditate and how to connect to the divine in the silence of your room.

CHAPTER I

PENETRATE INTO THE VOID

Meditating is not emptying the mind as many think. Emptying the mind is actually an exercise to reach meditation which is something deeper.

Meditating is something like achieving oneness with the Creator by coming to divine consciousness.

When we meditate our mind starts chattering and many things come up, they go on and on and many think that this is meditation, but this has nothing to do with meditation, it is contemplation, delving into the mind, I prefer to call it interiorization.

To meditate is to go further, it is more profound, it is to reach a point where the mind is silent and then our “I” is dissolved; only a point of light appears in infinity and then we make contact with our soul. This is meditation; this is dissolving the ego and entering into soul consciousness.

Unfortunately, when we grow up, our minds get caught up in religious patterns and facts. It is difficult for us to turn off the ego and get in touch with the divine, because the religious system confuses and limits us.

To exemplify this, know that 90% of practicing Christians think that meditation is the work of the Devil, for them it will be almost impossible to practice meditation, because their Ego blocks the entrance to the Inner Self, the deepest Self, beyond our carnal ego that impedes our progress.

But how are we going to meditate and dissolve our ego? What will we find on the other side? What if the spiritual beings present there deceive us and we end up in an endless abyss?

Thinking about these questions, the ancient Kabbalist Jews invented meditations using the sacred names of God in Hebrew, as these names are beacons in the spiritual world and prevent our soul from being diverted by spirits of chaos and death.

When we meditate using the name of the Eternal, we have to dissolve our carnal Ego and enter the conscience of the soul, but the pronounced names of the Eternal guide our entry into the world of souls and with that we feel safer and more confident.

I said that meditating was calming the mind and entering the void, however in order to maintain the focus of meditation it is necessary to have a focus, why you meditated. This focus can also be replaced by the names of the Eternal as mentioned. However, it is in the void when we dissolve the Ego and enter the world of 99%, the celestial world, that we practice true meditation, uniting ourselves with the consciousness of the soul and reaching the divine with it.

Maintaining focus is actually concentration, it is not meditation, however this is necessary, because we have to have a direction or we will end up sleeping while meditating.

This concentration of the sacred words or focus, something we want or need to understand, takes us to that inner point where everything ceases and then we can hear God's voice and understand His mysteries.
