This book was written in the silence suspended between heaven and earth, where dreams intertwine with numbers and stars tell forgotten stories.
It is dedicated to those who still know how to wonder, those who find beauty in imperfection, and those who listen to the wind even when it brings no answers.
May the words of this journey be a small beacon in the vast space of the possible, a whispered memory from a city that has learned to live, or perhaps just a grain of sand in the great desert of time.
For in every world, suspended between reality and imagination, there will always be a child talking to the stars.
And there will always be someone ready to listen.

In a world suspended between the stars, where perfection has obliterated the unpredictable and progress has stifled dreams, comes a traveler from afar: a child from outer space with a golden scarf and a heart open to wonder.
A poetic journey through a soulless future
This book is a delicate and profound tale, a modern allegory that winds through the streets of a floating city, governed by algorithms and illuminated by screens that regulate every aspect of life. The protagonist traverses this world with innocence and curiosity, encountering symbolic characters: an android who wonders what it means to dream, an artist whose color has been taken away, an artificial intelligence obsessed with order, and a child who, against all logic, keeps talking to the stars.
A reflection on freedom, imperfection, and humanity
In a simple and poetic style reminiscent of the famous "The Little Prince," this story invites us to rediscover the value of error, the unexpected, and the beauty that comes out of chaos. It shows us that life is not about numbers and statistics, but about emotions, dreams, and unanswered questions.
Through his encounters, the Child does not impose truths, but leaves behind seeds of doubt, which slowly sprout in the hearts of his listeners. And so, in this city suspended in heaven, the perfect order cracks: someone paints without asking permission, an android begins to dream, an artificial intelligence stops erasing mistakes.
A tale for those who can still look up at the stars
The Child and the Cities of Heaven is not just a book of poetic science fiction; it is an invitation to rediscover our humanity in a world increasingly dominated by machine logic. It is a journey that reminds us that, even in the most perfect future, there will always be a need for those who know how to wonder.
Because as long as there is someone willing to listen to the whispering of the stars, the sky will never be empty.

Once, in a time that was not time, the Child left his asteroid. The machines that once helped him care for his rose had begun to speak in soulless voices, and he felt too lonely, as if no one could understand his thoughts anymore.
He flew through space for a long time, propelled by invisible currents, until he saw below him a city suspended in the clouds. Immense structures of glass and metal stretched across the sky like geometric flowers. He descended slowly until he came to rest on a shimmering platform.
The first person he met was a man who sat in front of a screen full of moving numbers. He looked very busy, yet his eyes were dull, as if they were not really seeing.
"Good morning," said the Child.
The man did not immediately respond. Only after a long silence did he barely lift his gaze.
"Are you registered in the system?" he asked in a mechanical voice.
