After all, the only way to fully realize what divine providence is about is through actual, personal, and continuous experience. By doing so, not only will you be free from negative thoughts, but you can also develop a deeper bond with the Divine.
Stop for a moment and reflect on this: Do you really trust God? If yes, how much do you trust him? Remember the story in the Bible where Jesus tells his disciples, "Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?" (Matthew 8:26). Perhaps, it seems, these words are also meant for us, we of little faith. Let us pray to the Lord that he gives us the grace to have more faith and be courageous, and as well as to trust in him with all our hearts and minds, abandoning everything into his hands and most holy will.

On Divine Providence
God, being the Creator of All, is in charge and in control of everything. In the sacred scriptures, we also learn that God is aware of all things, including those things that you are not aware of. Hence, it is written that not one sparrow falls to the ground without the knowledge of God. Jesus also said that we are of more value than many sparrows (Matthew 10:29-31).
Right at this moment, know the truth that everything that is happening in your life (present), all things that already happened (past), and everything that will ever happen in your life (future) are all in the hands of Jesus Christ. So, what is there to worry about? If these things were placed solely in our hands, then we could worry endlessly for we are imperfect humans who are prone to mistakes and with very limited insights on things. However, this is not the case because all these things are in the hands of the living God. It is just up to us how we see things or if we would rather force our way against His divine providence.
Did you know that the very hairs on your head are numbered? No, I am not making this up; Christ himself said it so (Matthew 10:30). As you can see, you are all well within the hands of the Almighty. We are, after all, His creatures, His creation. But, we need to be humble in order to see and appreciate His divine providence at work in our everyday life.
Now, it is very easy to rely on divine providence when things are going well our way, but what about during the times when things seem to be going against us? How can we say that it is the will of God when we face difficulties and challenges that torment and stress us?
