For the zucchini purple Keto, first wash the

courgettes and grate with a grater. Soak in a bowl of salt and lemon juice for about 30 minutes. Then express well with your hands.

In the meantime peel the onion and finely chop. Now mix the zucchini, onion, cheese, eggs and flour well in a bowl. Season the finished mixture with salt again.

Finally, everything is seasoned with salt and pepper and served.

ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI WITH BRUNCH NATURE

Heat the oil in a Air fryer and fry the zucchini and mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with a little vinegar. Season with the herbs.

ZUCCHINI MELANZANI SPREAD WITH HAZELNUTS
