Flora Chen yawned as she stretched her hands. Then she rose to her feet and twisted her hips in circles.
Breathing deeply she felt a bit of relief but not for long though as her mind shifted to her husband Chen Lewis whom she had been waiting for what seemed to be for hours. Touching the dishes she realized that the meal had grown cold which wasn't that appropriate.
Gripping the bowl of the dishes she held them firmly as she pulled them back to the fridge in the kitchen.
As she returned back to the living room, Flora Chen realized that her boredom that evening had picked up very much from the absence of her husband Chen.
In a bid to get herself very much entertained she reached for her cellphone and reached for Facebook. Due to her busy schedule she realized that she had been offline for quite some time.
Her expectations weren't disappointed at all as her feed was flooded by lots of notification. Smiling, she opened up her notification.
Her attention was drawn in by a memory which she and Chen had some couple of years back. It was footage which she and Chen had taken during their visit to the Maldives for their honeymoon.
How time flies? Flora Chen realized. Gazing at the image she realized that a lot had changed. Her husband Chen Lewis had added a couple of pounds and she wasn't left out either.
Very much curious, she rushed towards the mirror nearby to check out her body. Although she had added a couple of pounds she still got the curves.
Her self adoration was interrupted by a tap on the door. Upon hearing the doorbell ring she headed towards it expecting to run into her husband Chen Lewis.
As she opened the door, her grin disappeared as she saw the delivery boy who had a package in his hands.
'Good evening madam, here are your clothes which you ordered from our store, the delivery guy said. Oh that's true I almost forgot, hold a second let me reach for my card, Flora Chen said before sneaking inside to reach for her card.
Within minutes, Flora Chen was back with her card in her hands. The delivery guy handed the POS to her for her to insert her account details. Punching her details on the machine she returned the machine back to the delivery guy.
The delivery guy handed Flora Chen her card, payment print out and the clothes. 'Thanks very much madam, the delivery guy said before turning his back towards Flora Chen. With the delivery guy out of sight she carried her package inside.
