Individualism Despite Society's Thoughts is an essential concept for the world's youth to maintain. Individuals have the everlasting tendency to envy the lives of others, blind to the things they have in their own.

PROLOGUE

People often questioned why I admired the tall trees and the powdered blue sky. One could presume I was stained by something in occurrence.

“I’m okay.” I responded, as I watched life pass by.

I was happy to lose myself, it’s absolutely crucial.

“Hold your breath.”

The sky was in the reflection of his eyes. But I often forget. It blinded me, perhaps even more than the lights which sparked a fire in the moonlight. When the mountains grew taller and covered the sun, this is when I realized every star, I could touch. I sang to the softest songs and admired the voices of the incomparable. A life filled with dreams. Dreams couldn’t evolve into accomplishments. There was something which stopped me from running away. Perhaps I knew once lost, I could not come back. I considered but I wanted to escape. So into the mountains I went.

Rain would dribble off the street lamps temporarily leaving the streets in ruins. Soon, I would notice my tear - stained eyes although they were closed most of the night. My imagination was not set forth to a life of a sunset without thunder bolts. The seeds of frustration laid in those mountains, scattered, in a desire to evolve into something majestically perfect.

“I love without a reason and die without a cause.” We don’t know what it is to live or how to live for that matter. Everything in existence, whether the faultless have a disfavor towards them, shall remain undecided. With rocks, shall they throw at anyone, but themselves. They never had a choice to remain unbeaten. The rocks slash when we think.. for a slight second. We think too much, we hate too much. To lay in flowers, would it really be enough?

Purpose of this book:

I have gathered every journal entry, every poem, and every written thought that I believed to be of significant importance since the day I turned 12 years old. These entries are to show that unspoken thoughts are what shapes our identity the most. In the beginning, I believed that the world was against me, I was permanently stuck as a victim to what I have labeled as “poor decisions”. I am here to tell you: that despite your age, gender, internal conflicts and beliefs, that you will continue learning about yourself, that these “poor decisions” are actually called progress. In this way, we learn about ourselves and in turn, the world around us.
