Conscious being is love.And love is adoption. Every high vibration has its origin here. There is no exception here!

The opposite pole is unconsciousness and a call for love, which is always based on a form of fear, which creates narrowness, limitation, resistance to what is, and invariably always a lower vibration. Welcome to duality. Duality means containing two. Pole and opposite pole. Which pole do you want to turn to?

You weren't led to me by chance.You are here because you are looking for something. And if you're looking for something, that means you're missing something ...

You are very welcome. I am delighted and grateful that you have been led to me, when there are so many offers and books on the topics of consciousness and love. And as numerous as the offers are, as different is the understanding of what this is or is not, and how to achieve it.

Why did your search lead you to me? Because ultimately we are all looking for one thing. The highest vibration.

I will report below on my search and how I found what I was looking for.

One thing first. I am aware that much of what I am reporting here cannot be understood with the mind. Consequently, it cannot be my aim to reach your mind. So please don't try to absorb what I've said or written with your mind, just let it sink in. As if you were reading an exciting novel or watching a play or sitting in a concert and simply listening to the music. Just let it sink in ...

I once searched the way you are searching now.My search was an arduous and long search, because at the beginning I didn't know what exactly I was looking for. And that is exactly why you are here. When I recognize my goal, the search stops. That saves a lot of hardship, suffering and time. So that we understand each other correctly, I will state right at the beginning that it is not my goal to spare you your journey. It cannot and should not be about that. Rather, my aim is to show you that you can walk your path with ease and joy. It is your decision!

Although I didn't know what I was looking for at first, I felt very clearly that I was missing something, but I didn't know what it was.

During my search, I met many other seekers who were searching just like me. Mostly I met my companions at seminars, as we all believed that we still had a lot to learn and/or were not yet good enough. This was the slow and arduous way of learning that the mind chose.

What I learned was consistently very helpful up to a certain point. Then it didn't go any further, because the mind was almost always addressed and/or the heart, love and therefore adoption were missing.

In the beginning, I only had external goals and I achieved most of them.However, whenever I achieved a goal, I realized that this goal was not what I was longing for. The goal was achieved and I was satisfied, but there was no happiness or fulfillment. The joy of achieving the goal only lasted for a short time and I set myself a new goal again ... this went on for decades. At some point, I realized that I couldn't find what I was missing on the outside. All my external goals turned out to be fake goals in hindsight. They were all goals set by my mind, which was in charge of my life and thought it knew what was good for me.

My search continued.This is how I came into contact with spiritual hypnosis and booked a session.This is ajourney of the soul, actually a journey through time. This journey first leads to another life and from there to another dimension, to the home of the soul, the home of the Self. From there we can go directly to the origin of the soul. We also call this zero point, creation, source ... it has many names. Once there, I AM. Loved. Adopted. Free. Light. Safe. At home. Boundless. At peace ... Here I can simply be. All-one-ness.

This unity is what many of us seek on the outside and hope to find through a partner. Of course, this cannot work if two egos connect, each wanting something from the other.

As long as I still want something from my partner, no matter what it is, including wanting to be loved, I am still needy and am only bartering. I give you this, in return I get that ...

This has nothing to do with unconditional love as we experience it at soul level and in the source. In fact, it is quite the opposite.

Love at soul level simply IS! It always was. It always will be. It is absolutely unconditional and therefore completely pure, unadulterated and innocent. It knows nothing else and perceives nothing else. Therefore, it sees only love in each of us.

This love gives. Always. Without exception. To everyone. This love demands nothing. Always. Without exception. From no one. It forgets no one. There is no rule here that confirms an exception! This is adoption.

The highest form of love is unconditional acceptance, as if I adopt a child, it is then my child. Motherlove and more... In this sense, when I use the term adoption, I mean this highest form of love on all levels. I then see myself as ONE and merge completely, with everything (every feeling and every situation) and everyone (every person, every living being, every entity). There is no separation anymore, No I, no it, but it (a feeling) is mine or we (a person or being) are ONE.

When two egos come together, they are rarely in adoption. Consciously or unconsciously, they always demand something from each other.

The outside is only ever my mirror, so a partner can only reflect back to me what is inside me. If I don't feel loved or HEALED, it can't be reflected to me from the outside.

This made me realize that ultimately we all walk one path and have one goal.The goal behind the goal that we are all seeking. When I recognize this goal, the search comes to an end. I can open this gate to the goal behind the goal for you. That is why you were led to me.

An important realization is that I can only miss something that I already know, otherwise I wouldn't be able to miss it.If I already know it, it is already there. Since it cannot be found on the outside and is already there, it can therefore only be within myself. And that's exactly where I was led. From the outside to the inside. From having to being. From appearance to reality.

So, I realized that the Self, my Self, is the goal behind the goal."Know thyself!" This was the first riddle of the Oracle of Delphi, which had to be solved before one could even be received by the oracle. The cult site of Delphi with the oracle was the most important place of prophecy in ancient Greece and was even considered the center of the world for a long time.

How could I recognize the Self, my Self, now?By remembering my Self. through a journey of the soul and experiencing myself as the Self, I recognized my Self. So, I had to experience myself as the Self in order to recognize my Self, because life takes place in experience. I cannot experience this through stories, but I can remember it again.

I was led directly to the core - the light within us that each of us carries in our hearts. This light within us is the Self. It is who I am, andI AMhas never left the source. So, I am always connected and always at my destination. The Self, my Self, is the goal. I became aware of the Self again. This is being conscious. And being conscious is love, this is the highest vibration of all.

Each of us - no matter how we present ourselves on the outside - is a part of creation, as we all carry the light of the source in our hearts, which then becomes visible through our eyes. At the source, in our hearts, we are All-One. Always connected in the eternal now. Only the mind separates, as it judges and evaluates. It can only fall back on the limited experiences of this life and knows neither the script of this life nor the overall plan ... I had left the guidance of my life to it!

This self-recognition, "know thyself", then led to the next important step. After I had recognized the Self and was now able to communicate with it naturally, I received messages. I was symbolically handed a key with which I was to open my heart again. Because here I had closed off the Self - the light within me - so that it could no longer shine outwards. The thing I longed for and missed so much, the light within me that I remembered, had been locked away there. In order to be my Self again, I had to tear down the walls that I had once erected around my heart and free my Self. Because walls and boundaries don't just protect you, they also confine and lock you in. I had received a lot of help from the Self and was shown simple and very efficient ways to do this. So, it wasn't enough to recognize my Self, I also had to do something! This took me from knowing to doing.

Then came the most important decision of my life, which I would make again and again at every moment.

The decision to consciously hand over the leadership of my life back to the Self, to my Self, so that the Self can lead me again.

Out of the mind, into the heart. Into being!

And so, to live from now on from the lightness of being, because this is a path of joy, where I naturally live harmoniously in the moment. By doing what feels right now, my whole life feels right and it feels then always right for everyone. This is how I live from now on out of providence. This is what my Self has planned for me in this life. I no longer live from my imagination. This is what my mind imagines it should look like.

This leads to self-realization.

LET THE SELF, YOUR SOUL, WORK!

My soul, the Self, works through me in this way. This is being conscious.

I am aware of my Self. The script of this life was written by the Self from a higher dimension and only the Self can change it. This takes no time and always happens in the now. Because I can only be in the now, never yesterday or tomorrow.
