The little people live in the woods. There are villages and towns. Hodulady family has come from East Wood to make their home in the East West Wood. The little people have to get their own job, right from the time when they are young. Hodulady family has lots of funny problems while she runs her own bakery shop. Good friends, neighbors and some magic help her to make her life happy in the east west wood, but sometime she in troubles with them too.

 “Oh! How does it matter? We can live in this beautiful town and make our own bread shop. Don’t be upset. Actually we are going to live on the outskirts of the town. Aren’t we? We can build our house and our shop near the east west wood.” said Ed merrily, cheering his wife and son.

“Oh! I have an excellent idea. There is one place where you can build your own house. Towards the end of the old town, there is a way in the wood and that will be the perfect place for your house. There is a very huge hollow stump, so, you can make your house in it. Come along I will show it to you.” said Pit kindly.

“Indeed. You are a good fellow. I hope we are good friends. We should hurry because it is already dusk.” said Ed in worried.

“Yes. It will take 10minutes to reach there. After a short look, let’s go to my house. My house is in the old town and near the hollow stump.” said Pit, smiling.

They walked as fast as they could and reached the old town in a very short time. Although, the neighbouring place looked old it was very beautiful place, giving all of us a warm feeling.

“People here are very good neighbours. They are a bit slow and not much smart but so far, they have kept their old traditions running proudly. Although, I am working in the new town, I still love this old town very much. My father is very good at curing diseases as he knows the remedy for each and every disease. He often makes natural medicines for poor people who can’t afford to come to the hospital. He would be pleased to meet you.” Said Pit friendly

As soon as they reached the east west wood, they saw a stream flowing there. It was small but very fresh. Over it, a pretty bridge was built.
