Chapter4, Using Jira Service Desk for Helpdesk, is focused primarily on using Jira Service Desk for your support desk. Here, we will cover various aspects of Jira Service Desk, including Portal, Queues, and SLAs.

There are no prerequisites required to understand the Jira concepts mentioned in this book; however, a little awareness of agile and Service Desk, although not required, will help.
