The U.S. national debt runs right quick. In the springtime for Biden, it is over 27 914 500 000 000. The Fed takes loans. But do not put green to make profits but into sectors that don't work.

Biden lets the folks know that there are over 400 000 corona deaths. But there are 510 015 deaths. 100 000 deaths have come after he was elected president.

Biden tells: “Putting WW1, WW2 and Vietnam war together, you get fewer deaths.”

The U.S. Treasury Secretary Yellen informs that tax increases on corporations and high-income individuals would be used to pay for part of the infrastructure plan. Companies that are green or eco-friendly shall get benefits. Others shall be punished with sanctions and taxes. Trucking companies shall also get benefits. They shall build infrastructure for electric vehicles.

Trump cut the corporative tax from 35 % to 21 %. Biden is planning to give money, especially to minority small businesses. The President plans to put 2 trillion into the infrastructure next four years. In January retail surged 5,3 %. Manufacturers are ahead of the curve. Consumer spending went up in January.

The House Budget Committee approved Biden's 1.92 trillion stimulus package (votes 19-16). Congress approves it later in the week and it shall pass the Senate with 50 Dems votes + Kamala Harris's vote.

Couples shall get 2 800. Price tag: 422.3 billion. Then state, local and tribal governments get 350 billion. They start growing the administration. And it means entrepreneurs pay the bill. Pandemic-related unemployment benefit provision a 400-a-week federal add. Price tag: 245,8 billion. Aid to help reopen the schools. Price tag: 128,6 billion. Child tax credit expansion. It enlarges per child to 3 000 d. Child under 6 3 600 d price tag: 109,2 billion. Multiemployer pension plan aid. Price tag: 81,5 billion. Minimum wage increase. Sanders and Biden have a simple solution: put those companies pay 11 % more taxes. Well, profit shall go down and inflations wake up.

The pandemic killed 110 000 restaurants. If the minimum wage goes up from 7,25 to 15 d, small restaurants cannot hire 5-10 workers. The owners must do longer days and cannot manage. And if restaurant prices go up, it means much fewer tips to those restaurant workers. And many restaurant workers can take care of their children with those tips, not with their salary.

The so-called additional value means the opposite of what Karl Marx said; entrepreneurs work much more than their employees to get additional value, so profit. And oil, gas, and coal industry are getting problems and their prices go up. In the U.S. the old-fashioned socialist process is happening to destroy patriotic values and history, and talk instead of pseudoscience, racism, black history, and white power oppression.

Biden has put the U.S. back to the WHO, rejoin the Paris climate agreement, revoke a permit to Keystone XL pipeline, pause energy leasing in ANWR revoke an order that aims to exclude undocumented immigrants from census, stop construction of border wall, end harsh and extreme immigration enforcement, Combat Racism against Asian-Americans and Pacific Islanders, pause new land leasing oil and gas leasing on lands and waters, reopen Obamacare marketplaces begin to end remain in Mexico program, revoke Trump proclamations that aimed to suspend the entry of immigrants during the pandemic, cancel Trump's business orders. And B attacks police: House will vote next week George Floyd justice in Policing Act. Biden says he is ready after that to sign a law about the police reform bill.

Bernie Sanders accuses Walmart, McDonald's. He argues that growing the minimum wage doesn't mean jobs are lost. He talks that small businesses shall get help 899 billion.

Biden hasn't yet signed the laws of sexual minorities, cos he wants the stimulus package to go through. But there are coming laws that justify gay and lesbian lives as rightful and full honorable. Happy drag Queens of NYC!

They can pay their rents and drags and do just 3-4 shows a week.

If there are 155,76 million workers in the U.S. and half of them, 77,88 million, work in small businesses and minimum wage go to 15 d, then 2025 it shall generate 107 billion higher wages for workers. Well, inflation shall eat about 5-7 % of it. They can consume more. But cos minimum wages go up, the entrepreneurs cannot afford to keep so much working force, which means that prices go up. That means inflation.

35 % of small businesses went off in some months thanks to lockdown. Now they get fed money more and wages go up gradually. How many small businesses go down? How many employees of those 77,8 million lose their jobs? If the shops get more customers with better prices, it means small businesses shall replace the working force as much as they can with the past time working force and investing in tech. Tech doesn't cost 15 d per hour and does not belong to the labor union.

The U.S. has 30.2 million small businesses. The Congressional Budget office & its chairman Bernie Sanders say that 15 d minimum wage takes 900 000 people out of poverty, and 1.4 million employees lose their jobs. If 10,06 million small businesses shall kick out their workers, how does the employment number go up just 1,4 million? Let's count. If those 10,06 million small businesses lay off their working force, it means a minimum of 10 million unemployed persons more. And how about those rest 20,13 million other small businesses? If the small business working force goes to 67 million, how many small businesses go down? Probably not all 10 million. Perhaps just 10 %. One million companies. It means after the pandemic starts 45 % of small businesses go down. Well, new ones come all the time, and those businesses with trouble, most of them, survive.

Biden's administration has promised to give sanctions and high taxes to the firms which do not follow green orders. How you can put solar panels and wind power at once to Pennsylvania, Texas, Ohio, and so on? Trump has put a lot of blacks and Latinos into the chemical and manufacturing industries. What happens to them? And tip workers in restaurants?

This 1.9 trillion stimulus package tells very little about using high tech. The stimulus package includes 10 billion for cybersecurity and IT tech. 288 billion goes to small businesses. New wave tech firms get benefits. They surely can keep their workers. Details are on the table. Senate shall vote. How that little money for 30,2 small businesses shall be shared? First to minority businesses? 

If the U.S. national debt is 28 trillion and 60 % of it, so 16,8 trillion, comes from inside the U.S., what do those loaners get from it? They get profit. Treasury bonds get government and sell government securities: treasury bills, notes, bonds, and inflation-protected securities. The U.S debt to China is 1,3 trillion and Asian countries altogether 5.4 trillion.

The three biggest creditors in the U.S. are the so-called Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the federal home loan banks. The last depression came from there. The secondary market takes those loans and sells them. To invest in bonds is very safe. To pay debts the government must press more money. The government gets money from taxation, treasuries, and so on but debt runs up very fast. When the government takes now a 1.9 trillion loan and makes its administration bigger with 500 billion, it means dept running much faster up. Fed administration isn't profitable at all. Bernie Sanders wants a big administration. Who pays that giant administration? Companies. Their taxation goes up from 24 % to 35 %. The government cannot go bankrupt, but the dollar may lose its world currency position.

Sanders cannot count.

We are at 117th St, 156 R, Danny-boy´s Coffee & Bakery. We sit on the red chairs. And take baker rolls, made with fine and draw chocolate hazelnut butter, and one with nutella, one with pistachio cream.

On the table is my budget analysis. Hell Mary, in the big picture it is easy to say that no money shall be drawn from the treasury, but in consequence of appropriations made by law; and a regular statement and account of receipts and expenditures of all public money shall be published from time to time. But our Book Towns Group, and its centers and houses, festivals have taken a big blow from lockdowns and even our paradise island accounts show no profit. Our deals with NYC clubs, European billionaires, and festivals make no profit. Political leaders are careful, and budget data and analysis are bad. Revenue, outlays, budget deficit, debt held are not good at all. Special and emergency appropriations fuck up.

I see only one outcome: we must do risk inventions right now, borrow money, and let our banker Bop risk it all with loan guarantees. I look at spending and revenue, and it is -150 M d. Tax cuts are almost zero. Health care, health insurance premiums, premiums for long-term health care insurance swallow so much. Hmm, mortgage interests, capital gains are so poor. Our social safety net is gone to rags and ruins. I call Bob, and ask debt immediately, to make my survival acts. I say to him do not think about risks at all, I take the risk. I have played a few budget games and simulations and think that work-inflation/deflation-price and our companies print (tech usage) money (using algorithms, products) worldwide (conquer the net), need the information of the gold price, charts, tech, data, reports. We must have gold.

I say something: "The Biden´s admin tries to unite everybody to its dystopia. I do not want to be a cyber crook and worm my way into people´s retirement accounts. Company insiders’ gifts of stock to charity are usually a telltale sign of a top in the price. Let´s go to gather priorities, where nobody else doesn´t go. Do not mean CA where it takes an hour to get from the beach to the snowcapped mountains, and not to the 742-evergreen terrace. Let´s go to spearchucker´s motherland.

Thousands of people showing up have reportedly overwhelmed Customs and Border Protection processing facilities, with nearly all of them running overcapacity. As of Sunday, nearly 16,000 migrant children were in U.S. custody. The administration has also denied requests from various news organizations to look inside the border processing facilities where migrant children are being held.

Biden, on Sunday, said he plans to visit the U.S.-Mexico border at some point. He told reporters there’s a lot more that could be done to persuade families to stop trying to cross the border, including giving people the option to apply for asylum from their home countries. Democratic lawmakers have raised alarms about hundreds of kids packed into big open rooms. House Democrats passed two bills last week that would offer a pathway to citizenship or other legal protections to millions of undocumented immigrants, including farmworkers and younger immigrants known as Dreamers. There is a significant increase in the number of people coming to the border in the winter months of January, February, March. It happens every year. Biden says that the vast majority of people crossing the border were being sent back, including many who were single adults. If so, who are those thousands after thousands of people who had already gone through?

Well, we use already our real Brlnrs, those gunrunners and scrippers in Europe and some of them in China. We need more muscular energy in Africa, Saudi Arabia, and India."

Metalwork and craftsmanship. In Guatemala. There are the most minerally rich sites in Quiche, Alta and Baja Verapaz, Solola, Totonicapan, Huehuetenango and San Marcos. Im especially looking at boys from Cerro Blanco. Goldcorp and Glamis Gold and Bluestone Resources are there. But these boys know better. They have lived there all their lives. Why put them to clean some COVID-bar floor. Let´s give them an adventure & the chance of the lifetime.

The Pacific Rim Mining Corporation has put its greedy fingers to El Salvador´s gold mining. I like to find El Dorado mine -boys. Cerro Blanco gives 1,24 million ounces and it is 160 km southeast of Guatemala City. But El Dorado gives more: 1.4 million gold-equivalent troy ounces. I hope we shall find the Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front (FMLN) boys, cos they know both how to dig & smoke.

The corrupted Salvador government shall send us more gold diggers if the sum is right. They convince the world that El Salvador´s Parliament has forbidden all metal mining projects. What a joke. We must meet Cabana area boys, and if there are some kids near to the Holy Catholic Church, the better, cos Church has organized very good mining systems there. They say that the archbishop of San Salvador is a very good mining strategist. We must look at these Jose Luis Escobar Alas techs.

And, last-but-not-least is Honduras-kids. They are specialists of gold in quartz. We must say goodbye to the San Juancito boys and look towards La Tigra National Wildlife Preserve. Bab, there are our most pro boys. Those boys are good kids, love tropical birds, and are as quiet and serene as the landscape. Especially, Im looking for El Rosario boys. And from there they have looked so bootiful Valle de Angeles, Cantarranas, Santa Lucia, and Tegucigalpa. It is a strategic place, and so those kids are strategic kids. They know that You can find iron and quartz without gold, but you cannot find gold without iron and quartz. And they read the streams! I hope I find boys from the Guyape and Patuca rivers in the Oancho department."

I: "Biden did halt construction of new border barriers immediately upon taking office. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers said the Fed suspended all bollard barrier and gate construction on January 21, 2021 and suspended all work on border infrastructure on January 23, 2021.

Im surprised: " Bab, El Paso is located on Interstate 10, a major drug trafficking route that links the HIDTA region to many national-level drug markets using. I-20 and I-25.

You know, several Mehican drug trafficking organizations (DTOs) are struggling for control over the El Paso/Juárez plaza. The boys use the region as a national-level distribution center and transshipment point for illicit drugs destined for major markets throughout the United States and as a staging and transit area for illicit drug proceeds smuggled to Mexico from these markets. Bab, we talk about La Entrada al Pacifico.

This trade route has not yet been developed to the extent that would support the volume of cargo shipments and truck traffic necessary for traffickers to conduct large-scale smuggling operations. Now they are opening it, to the net that does, illicit drugs transporting through the West Texas HIDTA by Mexican DTOs are destined for markets in the eastern United States, primarily Atlanta.

Gangs are defined as groups or associations of three or more persons with a common identifying sign, symbol, or name. The region is used by Mexican DTOs as a principal smuggling corridor and staging area fordrug transportation to markets throughout the United States, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, Houston, Miami, New York, and San Francisco.

So what? So, the kids must be good, cos their work includes alien smuggling, weapons transportation, and terrorist entry into the United States through and between ports of entry. Most drugs smuggled into and through the region pass through the El Paso/Juárez plaza, a major drug-smuggling corridor extending from the “boot heel” of New Mehico to the eastern boundary of Big Bend National Park. (As I said via I-20 and I-25.) So what? So, Mehican DTOs exploit the robust, legitimate cross-border economic activity and social interaction between El Paso and its sister city, Ciudad Juárez, Mehico, and, on a smaller scale, between Presidio and Ciudad Ojinaga, Mehico, to conduct their smuggling activities. DTOs frequently arrange their smuggling activities to coincide with periods of high traffic volume, reducing the likelihood that their vehicles will be inspected. Mexican DTOs also use the sparsely populated arid desert and semiarid mountains and canyons of the West Texas HIDTA region as well as the numerous low-level water crossings along the Rio Grande River to conceal their smuggling activities.

Ofc, kids are used to smuggling cocaine and marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine, diverted pharmaceuticals, and precursor chemicals. The West Texas HIDTA has identified 6 Mexican DTOs as well as 157 multistate and 526 local DTOs that conduct drug trafficking activities in the area. These DTOs use their own financial resources as well as those of corrupt Mexican businessmen and government officials to conduct their trafficking activities; law enforcement reporting reveals that Mexican DTOs have also enlisted the corrupt U.S. officials to assist in their drug trafficking operations but to a much lesser extent.

There are already g the Vicente Carrillo-Fuentes Organization, also known as the Juárez Cartel, which previously dominated the plaza; Armando Corral-Herrera Organization; Ismael ZambadaGarcía Organization; Juan José EsparragosaMoreno Organization; Joaquin Guzman-Loera Organization; and Arellano-Felix Organization, commonly referred to as the Tijuana Cartel.

You say: "Please, go to the point."

I: "Tja, Mehicans have strengthened their control n by forming working alliances with various prison gangs, street gangs, and outlaw motorcycle gangs (OMGs) to transport, stash, and package illicit drugs and to assist in money laundering activities. Mexican DTOs take advantage of the organizational networks that these gangs have established to distribute drugs in the area. And ... and ..."

You: "And what? Are you playing games with me?"

I: “And ... there it is."

You: "What?"

I whisper to your ear: "MyVictoria, Barrio Azteca, the most dominant and violent prison gang in El Paso, has a working relationship with the Juárez Cartel."

I continue: " No laboratories have been seized recently, whereas some mom-and-pop laboratories have been seized in the past in the El Paso area. Only small amounts of methamphetamine had been produced at the seized laboratories; most of the drug was intended for personal use by the laboratory operators or distribution to small networks. Cannabis cultivation, both indoor and outdoor, is limited in West Texas because of the wide availability of Mehican marijuana. Marijuana, methamphetamine, and heroin are transported from production sites in Mexico to warehouses and stash houses near the border for staging prior to being smuggled into the United States. Cocaine, which is obtained by Mexican DTOs from Colombian DTOs in South America, is transported through Mexico to these same staging areas. Mexican DTOs contract with other Mexican organizations to transport the drugs from these staging areas into the West Texas HIDTA region, where the drugs typically are consolidated and stored in stash houses. All illicit drug shipments smuggled from Mexico through the El Paso/Juárez plaza are controlled by a Gatekeeper5 that regulates the drug flow from Mexico across the U.S.–Mexico border into the United States. Gatekeepers collect “taxes” on all illicit shipments, including drugs and illegal aliens, moved through the plaza. These taxes are then sent to associated cartel accounts. Gatekeepers use any means necessary to ensure that taxes are collected from smugglers, including extortion, intimidation, and acts of violence. Gatekeepers also bribe corrupt Mexican police and military personnel so that smuggling activities can proceed without interruption.

Most drugs are smuggled through the three-official international POEs located in the HIDTA—El Paso, Fabens, and Presidio—which consists of a total of seven crossings located along with the West Texas–Mexico border. Most of these crossings are located within 50 miles of the El Paso POE, which processes most of the cross-border traffic.

Yes, I know there go 740,000 trucks and 143,000 freight railcars, but I know more. La Entrada al Pacifico, a new trade route expected to be completed on Sunday, will most likely increase the flow of illicit drugs and precursor chemicals into the West Texas HIDTA region from Mehico, including cocaine, heroin, marijuana, and methamphetamine from Mehico and cocaine and heroin from South America. The trade route could also facilitate bulk ephedrine and pseudoephedrine smuggling into Mehico and the United States as a result of the increase in Asian cargo that will be transported along this route.

This four-lane highway will extend from Port Topolobampo in Sinaloa on the Pacific Coast of Mehico through Ojinaga, Chihuahua, to the Presidio POE, serving as a major trade route for the movement of cargo from the Eastern Pacific Ocean to the Southwest Border. A large portion of Asian cargo is expected to be redirected from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to Mehico when this trade route is completed.

So, the kids are the key when looking at this new bootiful road - La Entrada al Pacifico. Drug traffickers take advantage of the sparse population, relatively open border, and rugged terrain to conceal their drug smuggling activities. Couriers smuggle significant quantities of illicit drugs into the area at numerous low-water crossings, using vehicles, horses, and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) as well as on foot. You know, asylum-kids are very good foot-soldiers.

Traffickers use makeshift strips in northern Mexico to offload and store illicit drugs near the border pending transportation into the region. They could also use strips on the U.S. side of the border to fly directly into the area, using low-level flights to avoid radar detection.

The primary transshipment point for drugs smuggled into the western half of the HIDTA is El Paso, while Midland/Odessa is the principal transshipment point for drugs smuggled into the eastern half of the HIDTA. These transshipment points are used by Mexican DTOs to supply significant market areas, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Denver, and Kansas City. Most drugs are transported from the HIDTA region to distribution centers over interstate and secondary highways. 506 street gangs and 20 prison gangs are involved to varying extents in retail drug distribution.

Even Jim Ward and his band Sparta are the fans. And Paul Rodriguez, and sport Oscar de la Hoya, Eddie-boy Guerrero, and AOC fan Julian Munoz love the place, too.

Cliver says to the waiter: "Im all goot nouthed give me taquitos quickly man. Diosmani Ramos was shot by a border patrol agent sometime around 7:38 am on Friday, January 29th, 2021 in Hidalgo Texas, about a mile away from the Hidalgo port of entry. Diosmani was holding a stone, and the border agent shot him in the chest when he refused to drop it. Diosmani was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:00 am. Murders, we must attack at once against Border Patrols. They are violent imperialists, racists, fascists, and people of color haters."

He shakes his head cos a private Christian camp in northern New Mexico is looking for volunteers and donations as it prepares for the potential arrival of immigrant children from the U.S.-Mexico border as federal holding facilities become more crowded. He looks at a report where members of the Texas Department of Public Safety’s South Texas Special Operations Group say smugglers threw a 6-month-old from a raft into the river.

Richard writes in his report that migrant smuggling is up five-fold in a rural stretch of the Far West Texas border area. He puts there a quote from Chihuahua Deputy Attorney General Jorge Nava´s border report from Fabens in the outskirts of El Paso all the way to Sierra Blanca.

His report includes that El Paso Sector needs initiative and the national strategic plan. CBP must intend to expand the Fabens Fining Range capacity. CBP has had The Environmental Assessment for the Expansion and Operation of the Office of Border Patrol Fining Range near Fabens, El Paso County, but not anymore.

USBP agents must qualify with a range of small arms weapons. Qualification with a variety of weapons is critical for law enforcement duties. The existing Fabens Firing Range is situated on 15 acres of land currently provides 18 firing lanes. 1 100 USBP agents from the El Paso, Ysleta, Fabens, and Fort Hancock Stations currently use the existing facilities to qualify on small arms usage each quarter. A new, larger range is needed to accommodate the increase in agents in the El Paso Sector. Richard writes about operational and programmatic concerns.

According to a report on Friday, DEA agents were already on track to exceed drug seizures from both 2020 and 2019. He tells about tons of USBP agents found methamphetamine caches in the Fabens area.

Richard´s report tells that the agency has found in this fiscal year already 3 100 pounds of meth, heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine. This has come with migrants and drugs entering the country. Last Friday, CBP officers at Hidalgo arrested a man after discovering $1.5M worth of meth. the Biden administration has weighed the option of sending illegal immigrants to the U.S.-Canadian border for processing.
