The Bambi hedgehogs
Once upon a time ... no, that's not how my story begins.
I, a baby hedgehog weighing 100 grams, ended up in the hedgehog station with my three brothers.
We hedgehogs are wild animals, not as big as lions and elephants, but still wild animals.
And with wild animals, it happens from time to time that the mother goes off to look for food and doesn't come back. This is also the case with my brothers and me.
When we arrived at the hedgehog station, we were immediately given a hot water bottle, which I really like.
I notice that there are also other baby hedgehogs in the hedgehog station. They are given a white liquid to drink. I'm afraid it's milk.
I quickly wake up my sleeping brothers and tell them about my observation. Our mom has told us not to drink milk under any circumstances. It makes us very sick.
A two-legged friend approaches our cage and takes me in his hand. He tries to inject the white liquid into my mouth with a syringe (without a needle). Ha, it doesn't work. I close my mouth tightly.
The two-legged friend is nice, why would he try to make us sick with milk?
Back in our cage, I confer with my brothers. We are very hungry and the other babies here at the hedgehog station seem to be very happy with the milk.
All right, I'll taste the milk.
So, so delicious!!! I can't get enough.
The solution to the riddle: it is a very special milk for us baby hedgehogs.
My brothers and I are doing great.

We go to school
My siblings and I are three weeks old. Mom said that we're going to school today. No school cone, no sweets and we won't be greeted at school either. Nevertheless, I am very excited. We are leaving our nest for the first time and my heart is pounding. It's a great world, even more beautiful than in my mother's stories. It rustles when I walk on the leaves and it smells great too. The whistling sounds in the air are called wind. Water comes from above, it's rain.
