Mike Brand, born in 1960 in Switzerland, worked for many years as an entrepreneur in various fields before dedicating himself to personal coaching, where he supported unemployed individuals in their reintegration into the workforce. Introduction

Human beings are, by nature, curious creatures who seek to explore everything that can be understood.

Today, we use highly advanced instruments that far exceed the capabilities of our five physical senses.

Yet there are realms that even the most sophisticated technology cannot detect—realms that seem veiled by the power of the Original Source, hidden from our recognition.

But that is only half the truth.

In ancient times—thousands of years ago, during the high civilization of Atlantis—humanity once possessed the ability to communicate with the spiritual sphere. From today’s perspective, people of that era were physically stronger, yet their intellectual intelligence had not reached the level of mental clarity we possess today.

Instead, they had a highly developed intuition and an empathetic instinct. They could influence nature with their thoughts, and their spirits remained permeable and connected to the sphere.

In figurative terms, one might say that the Atlanteans lived with their bodies on Earth and their spirits in the sphere.

This may seem difficult for our modern understanding to grasp, yet spiritual teachings indicate that this depiction is close to the truth.

As human evolution progressed, our intellectual intelligence grew, and the ego-consciousness developed. But in doing so, humanity lost its conscious connection to the spiritual sphere.

These abilities—intellect and spiritual connection—cannot yet coexist fully within us; this unity will only be possible in the near future.

The soul spirit, of course, has absorbed all the achievements humanity has gained over its long evolutionary path. These capacities still exist within us, though they are no longer all perceptible to our physical senses. The soul’s connection to the sphere remains, but it has shifted from a state of higher awareness to an unconscious level.

As we continue to develop our individual personalities and strengthen our ego, our conscious inner connection to the higher realms has temporarily faded.

For some time still, humanity will pursue external values before rediscovering the inner life of the soul.

Now you may understand why, lacking direct conscious contact with the sphere, the transcendent must be brought to us from the outside.

Two thousand years ago, the astral sphere gave us a guiding milestone for our present spiritual path through the real appearance of the pure Light Being known as Christ.

We all know how difficult it is, within a physical body, to believe in something without tangible proof. Yet through the Christ event, we received at least the possibility of not forgetting.

Some time ago, an elderly woman asked me if I believe in God.

I replied: “No, I do not believe. I know that there is an all-loving, spiritual Source.”

An origin with which every human being is unconsciously connected—and from which we may catch a faint glimpse each night, when our soul spirit leaves the physical body during deep sleep and dwells in the near-Earth etheric sphere, touching a trace of what the Original Source radiates throughout the cosmos.

The explanations that follow, given by a soul being that leaves the physical body during the deep-sleep phase, will show you what spiritual beings may experience in the near-Earth etheric sphere during their nocturnal excursions.

The sphere it enters is reflected through our cosmic understanding and shaped by the soul’s emotional and spiritual state.

Every night, during deep sleep, the soul spirit may wander from the physical body and dwell in the near-Earth etheric sphere.

As depicted in the illustration, the soul spirit rises from earthly matter into the etheric sphere during deep sleep and then gently returns to the physical body.

Soul Beings

In their earthly life, human beings function through their five senses and their brain.

Fish navigate by perceiving electrical fields in the water, and birds orient themselves through Earth’s magnetic field.

A soul being, however, exists under entirely different conditions.

It has no brain for thinking, no eyes for seeing, no ears for hearing, and no mouth for speaking.

A soul being dwells within spherical vibrational planes, far surpassing all forms of sensory perception conceivable to humans.

It is impossible to describe the modes of perception of a soul being in human language.

The closest approximation would be to say that soul beings perceive through multidimensional, mutually reflective impressions—images, tones, and vibrations—each mirroring into the other and forming patterns they can clearly interpret and assign.

Their mutual communication takes place on levels unknown to us.

For a human being to understand these exchanges, they must be translated and decoded into our own mental and conceptual framework.

Since soul beings do not communicate in spoken language but through vibration, this book uses the symbol *text* to indicate direct exchanges between spiritual beings.

The Soul Being of Marco

Before I allow Marco’s soul being to speak, I would like to share the following:

I met him only briefly in this lifetime, when we happened to work for the same company at the same time.

Our interests in this life are very different in nature, and our spiritual orientations do not align.

While Marco shows interest in spiritual topics, he tends to remain on the surface and does not wish to go deeper.

However, when we meet in the spiritual sphere after our earthly death, these earthly differences no longer exist.

I share a beautiful soul connection with Marco, but in this human life there is no significant personal bond between us.

This has not always been the case. In past lives, we shared very warm and close connections.

When Marco speaks as a soul being, he can recognize himself as spirit only when he is outside his physical body.

Even then, he is not pure spirit, but rather a blend of earthly human identity and transcendent spirit, still connected to his body by a fluid cord.

While in the human body, he recognizes himself only as Marco and cannot relate to what he will now convey to us.

This is true for almost every soul being during incarnation: once embedded in the physical body, it loses awareness of its spiritual nature and identifies itself only through the ego-mind as a human being.

Only after earthly death—when the soul fully separates from the physical body—does its true identity as a soul being become recognizable again.

Until then, during each nocturnal exit from the body, it remains a mixture of human and spiritual being.

Marco’s soul being now recounts his nocturnal soul projection, which he transmitted in the spring of 2016 in a complex language of images. I recorded this transmission with audio software exactly as it was conveyed to me from the sphere.

I inserted the images he transmitted directly into the corresponding text sections.

In this book, my personal interjections during the transmission are set in italics and separated from the transmitted text by the symbols **** for clarity.

Kito Introduces Himself

Note: The following dialogues are presented as a direct 1–1 transmission.

My name in the sphere is Kito, and in this incarnation I live in a male body under the name Marco M.

Kito is only the shortened form of my true name in the spherical world; the proper one is far too long and cannot be pronounced correctly with human speech.

Mike, the author of this book, recently asked me on a soul level whether I could tell him about my nocturnal excursions into the sphere.

Mike—whose name in the sphere is Condor—is a soul companion of mine, and we have experienced quite a lot together during our different lives on Earth.

Although we do not belong to the same soul group, our two soul families have become so strongly interconnected over time that today we maintain a beautiful soul connection.

In this lifetime as Marco, I had a brief professional encounter with Condor, with Mike. For several months we worked together on the same project.

Since our paths separated after that project ended, we have not seen each other again. Nor is it planned that we will have more to do with each other in this life.

When Mike approached me with his spiritual request, I agreed, because I know he is able to receive the transmissions clearly and pass them on properly.

Very often, such undertakings result in mental distortions that then falsify the transmission.

Mike’s idea that I would deliver messages over a longer period of time had to be adjusted.

At the moment, I am in a rather challenging phase of life, and much of my soul’s engagement is needed to ensure that everything continues according to plan.

For this reason, I suggested that, as a soul being, I would report only from a single night.

He was somewhat disappointed, but also grateful that it was possible at all to share information from the sphere.

For me, this is like a report about my activity in the sphere, lasting about one to at most two hours.

I told Mike that I would not produce any additional scenes for this report, but that everything would unfold exactly as it would if no report were taking place.

Simply a normal sphere excursion during a completely ordinary night.

Nothing more and nothing less. I do not care for showmanship—especially when it is expected of me.

I leave my body whenever it enters deep sleep, specifically the delta phase. For me, this sleep phase usually lasts between one and at most two hours.

My soul spirit then withdraws from the body, and since I cannot go without the astral body, I must draw it out as well. Why this is so, I cannot explain.

Tonight, when I leave my body, I will describe this exit.

I have already told Mike that this exit will not be an exciting story, but simply a normal event— just as it occurs every night.

Even though I am participating, I cannot quite understand why my account should be of interest. What happens here is simply something that repeats itself nightly, something every soul spirit experiences again and again in its own way during deep sleep.

The Exit from the Body

I have just detached myself from my physical body and am leaving it together with my astral body, which is about one and a half times the size of my physical form.

My astral body is an electrically permeated structure of various colors, with no defined edges—it dissolves fluidly into the surrounding space.

My human body is now in deep sleep, comparable to a state of unconsciousness.

I can leave my body only during this phase. However, this was not always the case. As a small child, I was able to trigger the exit even during the day—whenever I was deeply absorbed in thought or drifting into a brief nap.

Back then, I did not need deep nighttime sleep for the exit. I could slip out shortly after falling asleep and remain longer within the sphere. This changed when I was about seven years old, and since then, I have only been able to leave my body with my soul spirit during deep human sleep.

My nocturnal soul excursions are shaped by my inner mood and by the intentions I wish to pursue.

The lower my vibration is, the closer to Earth I experience the sphere during my exits. These outings can be compared to a human being’s daily routine, which is also never the same and is influenced by intentions and decisions.

Often, during my exits, I meet beings who hold close relationships to me in my current earthly life, and I discuss with them the further course of events.

But there are also exits that involve no soul activity at all, during which I simply rest somewhere in the spherical space at a place that feels comfortable to me.

Tonight, I will once again meet a familiar being to discuss certain matters related to my present life situation.

At the moment, I am going through a rather challenging phase of life. The separation from my wife, as well as an impending job loss due to a corporate restructuring, weighs heavily on me.

Shitala—the being I will meet tonight—inspires me during such challenging life situations and gives me renewed strength to face these changes and endure them on a soul level.

Author’s Personal Additions

Every soul being that incarnates on Earth as a human has a personal soul guide, who may present themselves as either feminine or masculine. Soul guides are genderless beings of light who have never incarnated on Earth and exist on different vibrational planes than human souls.

Long ago, they too passed through a kind of “human stage” on their evolutionary path, though in a different environment and under different conditions.

The soul guide accompanies the human soul both on Earth and in the sphere after physical death. They assume a significant responsibility, supporting the human soul according to its level of awareness along its evolutionary journey—until it can ascend to a new, higher level and its incarnations on Earth are complete.

A soul guide oversees one, sometimes up to three, groups of human souls. The size of these groups varies, ranging from five to twenty human souls.

For the human soul, its own group represents its spiritual family, with whom it shares a close and intimate bond.

The transmissions did not clarify what role Shitala plays in Kito’s soul life—whether she is his personal soul guide or another being closely connected to him. This remains open. Below is an example of a soul family.

In this context, I would like to note that not every soul functions the same way I do during their nightly excursions into the sphere. Or rather, each soul functions differently.

This seems to depend on individual interests, maturity, or the soul’s understanding.

Many beings enjoy their nightly stay in the sphere together with like-minded souls, in environments they have created for themselves— places that reflect what they love.

Recently, during one of my nightly excursions into the sphere, I encountered a being I know from my current life on Earth. This soul being is named Tambo and, as a human, he constantly struggles with financial difficulties. I have even lent him money, which I still haven’t gotten back.

When I met him during this nocturnal exit, Tambo immediately invited me to join him for an exciting change of pace in the sphere.

Since I had nothing important planned for this excursion, I accepted. I followed him, floating, to a grand building filled with splendor and lights. It was a casino the size of a small city.

Before entering, we slipped into perfect Gucci suits and the finest Santoni shoes.

This palace contained everything an earthbound materialist could wish for in entertainment. Countless bars, dance halls, and gaming rooms in the most luxurious designs filled this magnificent structure. The various slot machines gleamed with golden shine, and the walls and ceilings were woven from silver threads of light. The atmosphere invited us to play a game unlike anything we know from Earth’s casinos: here, no one could lose—everyone was a winner.

The machines continually dispensed large sums of money, and the players were in a state of radiant, almost arrogant joy.

There was drinking, gambling, dancing, and I even witnessed erotic encounters between human souls in specially created romantic love oases.

That night, I won more than $100,000 at the gaming tables and slot machines and was filled with enthusiasm over this win.

When Tambo and I parted ways after this experience, he suggested we return the next evening to continue gambling together.

I politely declined, knowing that this grand illusory world in the sphere can be a treacherous affair for a soul being. While visiting such a place was a special experience for me, once was enough. I will not seek out such places again.

However, the reality in the Earth-near sphere is different. More and more soul beings occupy themselves during their nightly excursions with lively, entertaining distractions that do not require them to engage their spiritual senses.

Over the past forty years, an entertainment industry of dimensional proportions has developed in the Earth-near sphere. The area of erotic entertainment, in particular, has expanded enormously in this plane—which belongs to the world ether—and is already beginning to overgrow.

It is not that the etheric sphere adjacent to Earth seeks to seduce the departing soul beings who remain connected to their human bodies by a fluid cord. The offerings there are simply determined by the desires of human souls.

Every soul being can go wherever it wishes and do whatever it pleases during its nightly deepsleep phase. In the sphere, no one forces us to do—or refrain from—anything that contradicts our inner inclination.

Such rules and constraints exist only on Earth during physical life. There, we must take many things into consideration so as not to violate the rules of living or the expectations of others.

I have been detached from my body for only a few minutes and already notice how my soul spirit is changing.

This happens during every exit, because the human soul quickly loses its connection to the physical body and can open itself far more than is possible while embodied.

In essence, the beginning of earthly death feels similar—though after a short time, other dimensions become involved, and the experience takes on completely different qualities.

Since I have already lived through countless near-death experiences on Earth, I can recognize this difference clearly.

Meanwhile, I have arrived at my destination for tonight and sit down on a circular bench made of oak wood.

I am about one hundred meters above an elongated lake, on a grassy promontory surrounded by large trees and lush bushes. The meadow is alive with countless blooming flowers in all kinds of colors, soaking up the last energy of the setting sun. It is a warm summer evening, and the yellow-red sun reflects on the calm surface of the lake.

I come here occasionally to enjoy nature and the quiet. From time to time, I meet Shitala on this grassy promontory—at irregular intervals.
