Beschreibung

Someday I found serenity. That's what I did while writing my poems. In my poems I share my deepest thoughts and feelings, hoping that they will touch other souls. My poems are about love, friendships, mental health/illness and hope. I am very excited to share my first poetry collection and hope that you will like it.

FOR ALL THOSE STILL WANDERING SOULS

TABLE OF CONTENT

Poems and birdsongs

If love was unconditional

As the sun goes down in heaviness

Sunrays

Reasonings

I’ve lost myself

Espresso in my blood I

Starlit

Eternal soul

Nameless soulmate

Frightened

Dear past home

Loneliness of bending hearts

Look closer

Moon and sun

Soul’s revival

All I tried

Shattered soul

Dear present home

Escape my shadow

Today

Tomorrow

My hope, my rock, my sanity

An old piece of mine

You left me

Give me peace

Don’t underestimate the illness of the world

Espresso in my blood II

Hot tea and cigarettes

Poppies

These days

Resurrection of the night

I’m still here

A land far from here

I’m homesick

Dear future home

For my former lovers

Dancing

The reckoned streets

Why it was you

The time has come

Steps

Becoming or unbecoming

The friend that left me suddenly

Someday I found serenity

POEMS AND BIRDSONGS

As I sit there in the grass

Reading word by word

Rows loaded with profoundness

And the lullaby of a bird

The verses touching deeply

The melodies strong and pure

Allowing my heart to feel freely

And to use poetry as a cure

As the blackbird shows his heartstrings

Formed as notes filled with hopefulness

Those poets sharing their reasonings

Love, trauma, tenderness

These poems written by myself

Are meant to be a gift

I hope they will touch all thyself

And help to make a shift

IF LOVE WAS UNCONDITIONAL

If love was unconditional

Who would I be?

Would I be a star on the night sky

A daunting mountain, inexorably high?

Would I be the bonfire at a river

Or a frost, or a shiver?

Would I be a fountain of wisdom

Or just another piece of the system?

Or if love was unconditional

Would I possibly be me?

AS THE SUN GOES DOWN IN HEAVINESS

As the sun goes down in heaviness

You look up to the sky

You long for freedom peacefulness

The dream about to fly

And when you look around the room

White daisies seem to care

All burdens will be vanished soon

Into dewy plain thin air

Light and gray

As shallows pass

Souls hiding from the sun

They see and touch

The jaunty hearts

For peace is here to come

And as the sun goes down in heaviness
