Mark flipped the papers in his hands as he waited for his order. He was at his favorite newly found eatery which he had bumped into during one of his late trips to the house. What drew Mark towards that spot that night was how badly he needed to eat and how late it was. Ever since that day Mark had always stopped by everyday.

His attention was distracted when he noticed the presence of the waitress. He had to set aside the papers in his hands as he made way for space on his table.

Sir your order is ready, the waitress said as took a step backwards. Mark nodded his head in approval as he acknowledged her meticulous deed. He slipped his hands inside his wallet and picked up a bunch of $100 notes which were in there.

Please come, he signaled to the waitress who was almost leaving. He folded the notes in her hand as she got close.

The expression of joy which enveloped her face wasn't new to Mark at all since that has become his hobby ever since his company DM became one of the leading brands in the country. In fact they were just a few inches away from becoming a household name in the country.

Mark couldn't help but have a little bit of a grin covering his face as well as he joined in the adulation of the waitress. The waitress managed to pull herself together in order to not create a scene as she walked away from Mike who couldn't stop gazing at her dramatic reactions.

As the waitress disappeared out of sight, Mark shifted his focus to the meal in front of him. The aroma from the meal caused the cells of his stomach to rumble. Grabbing hold of his cutleries Mark began to devour the meal.

Rachel gazed at herself in the mirror. This was the umpteenth time she was doing this that morning.

For Rachel it all feels like a dream ever since she saw the mail from DM Holdings concerning her appointment. During the interview Rachel doubted if she had any shot at the job at all. But ever since that day she had been dreaming about her first day.

Finally the morning had arrived and Rachel wasn't sure she was ready yet. One thing Rachel never took her eyes off that morning was the clock. The fact that she had ample time at her disposal didn't mean she had to take any chances at all.

Realizing she had thirty minutes left she grabbed hold of her bag and her lunch box as she made her way to her new job.

Smiles covered her face as she paid absolute attention to what Tina Turner was telling her about her office portfolio.

Just as Tina Turner looked like rounding up her discussion with Tina Turner was interrupted by the arrival of another colleague. Whilst the two engaged in deep conversation, Rachel took it upon herself to arrange her desk.

'So sorry Rachel but there has been a new development, the colleague said. Those words caused Rachel adrenaline to spike as she felt shivers down her spine.

It's everything alright? Rachel asked. 'Sure you have nothing to worry about though. By the way, I am Aaron Rodgers, from the HR department. There has been an urgent vacancy for the position of a PA. Considering you are a new we decided that you fill in that position while we take our time to look for a new replacement for this current position. Hope you don't mind? Aaron asked.

'Not at all, Rachel answered. Okay then Tina would put you through all you need to know about your new position as well as the benefits that comes with, Aaron said before walking away from them.

Rachel was filled with excitement as she picked up her luggages and followed Tina Turner to her new office.
